If you don't know, there's an IKEA inside this Best Buy! And although they showcase kitchens, you can have anything delivered to this store and pick it up when you schedule it. The location is perfect.

I've had some very bad experiences at other best. Buys, but at this one, it seems like everybody that works here wants to help you in one way or another. I was being super picky about buying some headphones, and the guy said, I'm not that bad. Compared to other people. He's dealt with, but I still feel like he was just saying that to make me feel better. And that goes a long way as far as customer service goes cause. That means you're putting the customer before yourself. And that's what customer service is about. Thank you so much, best, buy

Nedal really made my experience beyond excellent he was very kind and professional. He even looked in the back for a specific product for me without hesitation. Thank you Nedal for the great customer service! I would come back just because of my positive experience with him.

I purchased a home computer at this store a few weeks ago and was impressed with the sales customer service as well as that of the Geek Squad. Aside from transferring the data they also installed a Norton program at the same time. This made things very easy for this senior citizen. The store is less crowded than other stores and it helps. What is there not to like?

I visited the Best Buy Alamo Ranch location on March 16 at 7:57 PM with the intention of purchasing a yellow iMac (10-core, 16GB RAM, 256GB storage) and a Nintendo Switch for my daughter. I had already been in the store on Saturday to review the iMac and returned specifically to complete the purchase. While I was greeted by Brandon at the front, I then spent approximately 40 minutes in the Apple section without being acknowledged by any employee. During that time, multiple employees walked past me without offering assistance. Jennifer (manager on duty) asked another customer who arrived after me if they needed help while I was standing nearby. Sarah finished assisting another customer near me and did not check in. At one point, employees were standing nearby talking and laughing while I continued waiting without acknowledgment. Other customers in the same area were approached and assisted during this time. At approximately 8:35–8:37 PM, Nemo finally asked if I needed help while passing by. I explained what I came in for and also shared my concern about the experience. After waiting nearly 40 minutes without acknowledgment, I chose to leave the store without making my purchase, which exceeded $2,000. As a customer, I expect to at least be acknowledged. This experience was disappointing and concerning, and I hope store leadership reviews what occurred yesterday evening.
