Store is clean and there is supply there of phones and computers. I find the best staff to greet you and take care of your needs is the people who don't officially work there. (People who work for the products that are being sold there) I've sat in there for over 30 Mins before anyone would even acknowledge me. Then to be given the incorrect product for what I need to have to come all the way back to exchange it and wait again for someone. I get you can be short staffed but you could have a rover going over the whole store and radio to other members so everyone is in the know of who needs help. Also just if its a quick guide in the right direction would help.

I went in debating between buying an Xbox console or just the controller & streaming games at home. Dimitri helped me after I was searching for SOMEONE to help me make this decision and he was very informative & helpful. I was truly ready to put my items down and leave the store since nobody seemed to be available to help & I was frustrated about other things, which, to be fair, is not anybody’s fault, but that employee was a god send since it immediately lightened my mood & helped make my day.

I made an online purchase. Thrilled when it was delivered to be very disappointed. Accessories didnt even fit the watch I purchased. Customer service line informed me I had to go into the store. I waa very bummed. Since that defeated the purpose of convenient online shopping. Blair was the manager that went above and beyond. With ease resolved my issue. He and the cashier were all friendly. Thank you for turning the experience around Mgr. Blair.

Came upon this location unknowingly they closed early. Purchased $2,000+ laptop and looking for an Apple i14 phone case. BiG Guy with Best Buy rudely tells everyone to stop immediately what they were doing and get out of the store! Showed he didn't care one bit for customers paying for items. Never will return to this location again.
