Frankie helped us with our issue. She was great listener and patient. She took her time to problem solve and give us peace of mind. Great customer service. Best Buy management please make sure you appreciate Frankie it’s employees like her that keeps me as a customer.

A manager (Jose, I believe) threatened my account with a red flag, accused me of tampering with the item without evidence, and walked away mid-conversation. I simply came to return a product I had purchased less than 24 hours earlier. Completely unacceptable behavior that should be reviewed by corporate, as it reflects poorly on this location.

End up going to Best Buy on Sunday to return an item, later was met with the sales men from AT&T. He ended up showing us a savings of over $100 a month on our monthly cell phone bill from T-Mobile. Brandon is an exceptional sales person who is very knowledgeable at his job and we received the best customer service again at Best Buy/AT&T. 5 Stars

I bought an Insta360 X5 and a 512GB memory card with the help of Brandon at the video/camera area. He definitely helped me out making the selection based upon my preference for action and vlog. Many other workers also offered their help as we kept browsing throughout the time in the store. I really do appreciate the environment and customer service here at this Best Buy.
