Tessa assisted me with a return. Her customer service was outstanding. She was friendly & helpful. I truly appreciated the ease of my return. My experience at this Best Buy was worth the extra distance. The Best Buy at 50th & May has horrible customer service - I will use this Best Buy!

I normally love bestbuy and go out of my way to do business with them but I would highly advise against purchasing items from here. I was told that an item would be delivered by a certain date and they pushed it back over 2 weeks and said that it could take over a month to get a refund. I totally understand things getting delayed sometimes but i have never had this bad of an experience with bestbuy before.

Thank you Austin and Damon for helping me order my Mom’s phone. I appreciate your excellent customer service skills and communication. I look forward to shopping with you again in the future. Also excited about the Lawton store opening. Memorial location is the best. Always quick fast and super knowledgeable when needing information about technology. Bless you both.

We purchased an expensive refrigerator and set up the delivery. We were given a 12 hour window for delivery. We scheduled the day off work so that we would be available that day. The time slot was narrowed to a 5 hour window the day of the delivery and they showed up on time. The geek squad used straps instead of a dollie and swung the refrigerator into our brand new stone countertops and dented the front of the new refrigerator. We set up a day for another refrigerator to be delivered and took time off work again for the 12 hour window, this time with no refrigerator to keep our food cold. 3 days later we wait for the delivery. We get a text saying it will be delivered by 5 pm. We wait, no word. At 5 pm I call and after bouncing around I am told it looks like they will still be coming so be patient as they must have had a delay. An hour later my wife calls back and after bouncing around from person to person we are told that it isn’t coming. They can’t tell us why but it isn’t being delivered today. 2 days off work, still no refrigerator. The next available delivery time is another 3 days away. We will go all week without one, maybe longer if they don’t show up again. We asked if they could move us up since our appointment was today, the answer was no. I tried to call the store where we bought it but “due to high call volume” I could not speak to anyone. I called to see how I could speak to a manager and I was told that I would have to physically go to the store to speak to someone. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!!!

Worst service I have ever encountered. Ask by three different employees if we needed help . I said yes each time and becouse we wanted to look at/ or buy new washer and dryer no one ever showed up to help us. As we were leaving about five of them standing around asks could they help. I said not now. we left Lowe’s is across the street . It took about three seconds to get someone to help us . Will be buying from Lowe’s same stuff we saw at Best Buy and frankly a lot less money
