As much as I like the people at best buy, the convenient location, the products and services, I'm leaving a bad review because of the AI phone service when I called to check the status of my device. It wouldn't let me speak with a real person and hung up on me three times. This is unacceptable. Fix your phone answering system.

We were looking at televisions and were greeted quickly by a blue-shirted employee. He immediately found a coworker who was more familiar with the model we wanted. This young man explained the differences between two models, sold us the less one and set up free delivery to our home. It was an excellent shopping experience!

I ordered some Kenwood speakers online and choose curbside pick-up. I easily found a parking spot in their curbside pick up area and notified them I was there. It took about 2-3 minutes and the employee came out with my order. Unfortunately it wasn't in a bag or anything he just ask for the 4 digit code then handed the box to me and walked away. Not a thank you or a smile nothing he just left. When the rest of the pieces (mounts and wiring adapters) get delivered I plan to install them and then I'll update my review. The ordering process online was super easy, in just a few clicks I had what I wanted and was checking out shortly afterwards.

Typical Best buy! Hard to find someone willing to help you at least point you in the right direction, and when they do they act like they care about what your looking for and get you the wrong thing anyways! After going. Back 3 times I finally found someone who slowed down long enough to see what I really needed. Thanks you to the cashier that noticed I had came back 3 times to buy the right item. ( She had to leave her cash register to help me). This is the only reason they are getting 3 stars she saved you all a little bit.

We brought plenty of things at Best Buy. We first brought a new TV to replace our old one with color display issues, and second we purchased a new iPhone and AirPods to replace our old ones that started malfunctioning. This store has a lot to offer here and I think that’s great if you want to shop around for tech items. I would say that this would be a 5/5 star rated store.
