Shannon Williamson a month agoCame in to make a return on a purchase from the night before in which a T.V. we had purchased was already damaged. The night of the purchase the staff on duty was so-so at best. While I understand it was close to closing time, the night shift staff service could have been better. But I cant speak highly enough about the store associate named Ashante that helped me out the next morning. When I explained my situation to Ashante, that one ofnthe T.V.'s we bought was damaged and the other was missing a remote, he was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He exchanged the broken t.v. with replacement as well as found a compatible remote for our other T.V. His professionalism and customer service excellence was refreshing, as his degree of professionalism and customer service is at a level I havent seen a lot of these days in general. Ashante's example of customer service and professionalism speak volumes of himself as a person and a representative of Best Buy. My experience with Ashante has made the I-240 BestBuy location my #1 favorite store in the OKC area. Thank you Ashante for your customer service excellence and professionalism!
Tyler Thorpe a year agoI recently purchased a 75-inch TV from Best Buy, and within just two days, black splotches began forming along the edges of the screen. Initially, they were small and I thought I could live with them, but over the next few weeks, the issue became significantly worse—so much so that it was distracting and took away from the viewing experience. I contacted Best Buy and was told over the phone that I could return the TV with all original components for a refund. After the hassle of disconnecting, loading, and transporting the large TV back to the store, I was surprised to be told—after a brief inspection—that there was nothing they could do. No refund, no exchange, no resolution. Not only was it a frustrating waste of time and effort, but I also felt incredibly let down as a loyal customer. I’ve made multiple purchases through Best Buy in the past and even opened a store credit card. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel confident buying electronics from Best Buy and will be looking elsewhere in the future
Star Strawberry 3 months agoYesterday my significant other and I went to go pick up an online order at this Best Buy. There were hardly any customers at the pick up lane. There was just one couple in front of us. We decided to browse the store then hopped in line after the couple had left. Two employees walked to the back. Which at first we did not mind until a line started to form behind us and we could hear a lot of laughing and horse play. We did wait a bit before we were attended. Before the employees returned, one cursed and said something inappropriate because there was a line of people. My significant other and I were completely stunned as that is just inappropriate language in front of customers. It seemed like our business was not wanted. I understand having fun at the job is something, but there is a time and place. My overall customer service experience was pretty poor and I just hope more customers don’t have to hear such foul language.

Dirk Hooper 6 years agoI looked all over the internet and Best Buy had the best deal. But here's the kicker... They also had curbside delivery, which meant that instead of waiting for days or weeks to get my external hard drive, in 45 minutes I drove over to their store, parked in the parking lot, and someone brought me my new drive. This was one of the most satisfying experiences that I can remember. Also I'm happy to support my local store so that I can continue to give service of this sort. Very happy with my experience. Thank you!
