I visited this Best Buy location because when I checked online it said they had the items that I needed. I arrived about an hour before they were getting ready to close, so there wasn't a lot of customers in there, but there were quite a few employees that were very willing to help me. And they did help me find everything that I needed, and what was listed as being available online was in the store. So I was very pleased with my experience at this particular store.

After ordering a TV from here to be delivered because of the Memorial Day Sale, I had noticed on the application that it said I still hadn’t made an appointment for delivery after I had placed it so I called to make sure it was going to be delivered. I was told that there were none available so they rescheduled me for another delivery date. When that day came by, I messaged Customer Support and they gave me the same answer. I told them I had already called and they “guaranteed” me another day and that the TV was already in transit. To make room for the TV I tossed out my old one because they “guaranteed” me that my TV would be delivered on said day. Today (6/5) I got a phone call saying that the TV was not available until sometime on 6/20. I cancelled the delivery and tried to speak to customer service. The best they could do for me was a quick “I’m sorry” after they themselves “guaranteed” me the new TV. Now I am down my old TV and about 2 weeks of waiting after multiple appointments and promises of delivery on the same day.

This evening, I had the most dreadful experience with customer service from John. He was engrossed in his phone, completely oblivious to the counter until someone in the back raised their voice. As if that wasn’t enough, he proceeded to make inappropriate remarks while attempting to locate my order for pickup. When I requested a manager, he informed me that none were available. He then asked for the supervisor, but no one ever arrived. John should be stationed in the back, away from customers, given his poor communication and customer service skills.

Great experience while purchasing technology. Two floor associates quickly approached to assist me while making a purchase. Great vibes. Professional, knowledgeable and plenty of smiles. What would have taken me an hour, I was in and out of the establishment within 20 minutes. 5 Star customer service. The product was just what I needed and more.

Went to the Uptown location, but they didn’t have the fridge we needed. Came to this one instead and Amber in the appliance section helped us out. She was super patient, found exactly what we were looking for, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, she was genuinely kind it didn’t feel like just another sales transaction. This Best Buy is spacious with tons of options. Highly recommend
