Are the big store a lot of workers but slow service surprisingly. Unless you’re coming to sign up for an AT&T phone plan. Usually, they’re out of stock of anything updated or New. There’s absolutely no deals and better prices online. This store is used for more pick up from online orders or quick convenient last minute purchases. The cashier was very nice 😊 she was fast with her job but I forgot her name.

First I checked the website and it said it had the TV that I was looking for at this location. When I arrived finding an associate to help was difficult. But I was told that TV was across town at another location. So I decided on another TV which no one offered to help me get it to the car after my purchase.

Called this store to ask about a replacement apple product. The person on the phone was talking down to me like I’m an idiot saying think about the situation we wouldn’t do that, then checks the system to find out they actually do offer the service. I understand being unsure but immediately saying no then talking down to a customer before even checking for a service (that the store actually offers) is just horrible customer service and a guaranteed way to make sure I never go to this location ever again. I will happily give my money to micro center instead since they actually want to help their customers.

I kept being sent to person after person being assured that the next person would help me. I also needed help finding a USB-A brick. The last person I was sent to did answer my questions - I believe his name was Vincens. He was wonderful. Everyone else was so unhelpful, it was crazy. They ultimately ended up not having something as simple as a simple USB-A brick which is not the fault of the employees but it was a run-around just to figure out they don't have it. I never blame employees for the types of problems I experienced - it's always a problem with corporate and management. They have so many employees in the store but it's always a huge task just to find someone to help you and they send you to another person who send you to another person who says you need to go to another person. Again, Vincens was great - give that man a raise. Everyone else...maybe some additional training and a raise. Also, the prices of their products are stupid expensive. Avoid Best Buy if you can.

I went in to best buy looking to upgrade my cellphone since I have had it a few years. I went and talked to Kaleb an AT&T representative and he took the time to listen to my questions about the different phones they had and the advantages and disadvantages of each phone. Then he helped me decide if it was worth it for me to switch to my own phone plan instead of being on a shared phone plan. He then switched my number to my own phone plan and canceled the service with the other phone plan. Then he took the time to help me set up the new phone plan and helped recommend what to say to the person at the AT&T headquarters to get the best kind of phone plan option for myself. After that he took the time to transfer all of my apps and contacts to my new phone and make sure that the phone worked 100% before I left. I will definitely be back to best buy to see Kaleb if he is still working there, he is wanting to move to his own store in the future, when it is time to upgrade my phone again. Thank you for all of your help Kaleb.
