I recently purchased two new TVs from Best Buy, and Kendal made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Kendal helped us select the right TVs for our home, answered all of our questions, and coordinated the Geek Squad installation appointments seamlessly. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly from purchase through installation. I am a looooong time Best Buy customer. They have been my go-to local electronics store for many years. The inventory changes over the years haven't been the most fantastic thing but I feel like they have been a necessary adjustment in an attempt to survive the brick-and-mortar challenges of an online retail world. That said, this is a note on my experience over 4 visits to the Rivergate location in 6 months of living in the Steele Creek area. The product selection at this location is reasonably good and the store is kept neat and clean. In my visits, I have seen very few other customers at the store, so I am concerned about the long-term survival of the store. I don't know how long it has been at this location, but I've seen similar degradation of customer quantity at other locations that were historically booming so it seems more widely symptomatic than a given location. The employee engagement and customer service at the Rivergate location has been fantastic thus far. I've needed help finding particular products in the store, had to process a return, and made a purchase with delivery and installation. In all cases, I was met with friendly encounters with positive outcomes. As far as Best Buy goes, I really have nothing negative to say about this location other than I'd like to see a wider product selection. That said, I again recognize the difficulty in making that so.

I went in for some earbuds and came out with a very neat product. I was well taken care of by the staff and also had a few laughs. Awesome people at Best Buy.

recommendations, and based on his advice we also added a soundbar. We decided to have Best Buy come out and mount the TVs, and Mark made the checkout process easy while clearly explaining all the delivery and installation options Best Buy offers. I would highly recommend working with Mark if you visit this Best Buy. If I need anything else, I will definitely be returning!

I had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Hayden! He helped me purchase my camera yesterday and was so patient and understanding , especially with my 5-year-old being all over the place lol. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed and took the time to answer all my questions. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cool to work with. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers make the right choice, not just making a sale. He really looked out for me, and I truly appreciate that. If you go to this location, definitely ask for Hayden!
