Hello fellow driver first to check in write your phone number and truck number on BOL hand it to them with your driver license but security at door is very slow to process your papers and give you a door, sometimes they unload you in one hour or 3 hours that is my experience depends if they have breakfast that day or not lol any how the bathroom is by door 938 at the left side and there’s some pictures where bathroom is good luck

Security staff was excellent. I walked in and she pointed me in the right direction. At the will call desk very fast and efficient/polite. However, I waited 45 minutes (total time) to get my TV. Oh well, this place is huge right? Well I go back to will call for the gentlemen to radio back for the second time and after knocking on the 701 door twice the door opens and I see a group of people doing nothing. Very frustrating.

Gave us a used and damaged appliance when we ordered a brand new one. Also zero customer service available at this warehouse, you have to go to the main best buy line for support.

Zero star Arrived at 7:30 am Lady in the guardshack smoked a cigarette outside talked to people for 20 minutes and then got coffee for herself. After 30 minutes after I arrived she got my paperwork/ bol to tell me I need to wait because they are in a meeting and my delivery appointment is 8 am. She kept talking to herself checking and unloading total over 4 hours worst of the wrost
