Her kindness, positive attitude, and attention to customers truly stand out. I also love this store because the staff are welcoming and helpful. This was an absolute horrendous experience. I ordered a LG G5 55in tv open box “excellent condition” online and went to Parkville, MD location to pick up. Best Buy’s definition of “Excellent condition” is below. The TV was roughly $1,600 and below is a picture on how the employees treated it. No packaging, no box, no legs, and no remote. The cords were the only accessory included. There was also a large noticeable scratch on the back of the TV that my phone didn’t capture. I told the employee that I would like a return. I then went to geek squad to confront them on the TV that they rated “excellent condition”. They said they would talk to their Technician and then never got back to me. I then waited in line to complete the return for an 1 hour. There were about fifty people in line with two cashiers that are also responsible for customer service. Then when it was finally my turn I was told that the original employee that showed the TV didn’t select “complete the pick up” which made it impossible for the customer service to help. I left the store with no TV and no way to cancel the order. The employee’s seemed very careless. I was also told by customer service/cashier the supervisor can’t help. I will NEVER return.

Horrible service . They standing around in a circle talking — not helping or greeting when you come in . I came in for a printer and couldn’t even get assistance . They need to close this place down if they don’t know simple customer service skills .

Dear Customer Relations Team at Best Buy, I am writing to report an uncomfortable and disappointing experience I had at one of your store locations. Yesterday, my brother and I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a PlayStation 5. Initially, we entered the store to check the price and compare it with the Target store nearby. After seeing the price, we left briefly to check Target, but they did not have the item available. We then returned to Best Buy to complete the purchase. While I was at the register paying for the PlayStation 5, the cashier, while laughing, mentioned that management or security had instructed staff to keep an eye on us because they believed we might steal something. This comment was both shocking and offensive, especially considering that we were there as legitimate customers and ultimately made a full purchase. Being treated with suspicion without any valid reason made us feel judged and discriminated against. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a very negative experience for customers. I respectfully request that this situation be reviewed and addressed appropriately. No customer should feel targeted or disrespected while shopping in your stores.
