Young lady named Lamya at the order pickup line, she has braces needs to be taught proper customer service. She seen customers waiting at the checkout line and did not inform them that they need to check out at the order pick up line. She also did not greet the customers when greeted. I also told her I need a bag instead of putting my items in the bag she laid the bag on top of my items.

I have had the computer now that I've bought from best buy for a couple months. This is the first PC in a long time that I've experienced 0 issues with after purchase. At first, I thought I would have boot issue or some internal issues a but my computer runs well and I never turn it off just so I can see stability. The online computer deals are starting to become decent.

Best Buy has had my camera since January 30 and as of February 18 my camera is still in the same state that it was on February 12. I have yet to hear back from anyone from the Glen Burnie location. I have went there multiple times and still do not have my camera back. This is beyond frustrating. I will make sure to use all of my platforms to express how I have been treated the service that I have received and why Best Buy is not the place to purchase electronics such as cameras I should be able to call and speak with someone instead I’m sent to a switchboard that tells me there’s nothing they can do. Therefore, I am inconvenienced and have to travel to the store itself to walk away with the same answers. I do not feel Best Buy has not done anything to rectify this situation or to even assist me in the next steps I have traveled to their store on at least 4 separate occasions. I need someone to contact me because I no longer have the patience to wait. The manager Dylan is the absolute worst and only added to the frustration. He has not attempted once to figure out what’s wrong. It took other stores and employees to express that I should have been recieved my camera back. Let alone to figure out why it has not been returned.

When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.

I had a terrible experience here when I brought my phone in to get a new battery. They worked on it for over two hours, then informed me that the battery they’d put in was “dead on arrival,” so my phone no longer worked. They could not put the old one back in. They had no other batteries. They reached out to the Columbia Best Buy which had the correct battery, but couldn’t get to mine that day because “they had other phones to work on.” They then incorrectly informed me that the Annapolis Apple Store had the correct battery, which they did not. They couldn’t even process my refund correctly and charged me for making my phone completely non-functional! I spoke to both the Geek Squad and store managers who did nothing to help me and acted as if they bore no responsibility for putting a dead battery in my phone. They kept saying they offered me multiple options to get my phone fixed, but when I asked which option would result in my phone getting fixed that day, they can no idea. This was even after I informed them I needed my phone for work. This on top of generally slow service, awkward interactions, and huge lines at the Geek Squad area. I did not feel cared for as a customer and will not be going back.
