⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anilay ( I hope I said her name right) is a real one — PERIOD. I came into Best Buy thinking I was just gonna get some help with a toothbrush price check — simple, right? But what I got was way more than that. Anilay saw I was having issues with my cell phone I bought from Best Buy — it was malfunctioning, and I was beyond frustrated. Without hesitation, she stepped in. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t pass the problem off. She took full initiative, dug into my account, and walked with me through every single issue — from hardware concerns to billing headaches. We’re talking a full hour of next-level customer service, staying locked in the whole time, determined to make sure I walked out taken care of. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Most people stop at “I tried” — but not her. She followed through until the issue was solved. And she did it with professionalism, warmth, and real care. Best Buy — if you know what’s good, you’ll hold on to her tight. Verizon — that’s the kind of woman you promote. Anilay, you earned this. You don’t just do customer service — you elevate it.

Amazing experience buying a laptop. I was assisted by Eric, he greeted us and answered all our questions. He also gave us more information on the product and sent the product to check out. I was surprised when he came to the checkout to make sure everything went well. Going the extra mile to help his clients. Thank you Eric!

Best buy changed over the years. I remember when they had almost everything. Now, there is almost nothing in there. If you look online it will say they have AR glasses like viture or rayneo. There was a time you can demo products to see if its really something you like or if they fit. Now, you have to buy it 1st and it will ship to the store. If they dont work the way you expect or dont fit, then you will have to pay a restocking fee. Im guessing in a few years, there will be no more physical stores

I'm shopping for three KEF R11 Meta Floorstanding speakers for my home theater. I brought my measuring tape to take some measurements. I heard a voice talking on the phone behind me while my back was turned while measuring. I thought it was the Magnolia sales person.....it was the police officer standing outside pretending to be texting on his phone. At $3,499.99 ea. I'll spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else.
