I’ve been coming to Empire Plaza for years, and I’ve visited this Best Buy multiple times. Unfortunately, it’s often the same story, they either don’t have the item in stock, or they’ll direct you to another location for pickup. On the plus side, the store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Parking at the plaza is a breeze, which definitely helps. They do have a solid selection of TVs, but before you buy, I’d recommend checking Walmart for pricing, then ask Best Buy for a price match, which they usually honor. One issue I’ve noticed is that it can be tough to find a team member who really takes the time to assist you, unless you’re clearly shopping for a big-ticket item they might earn commission on. For smaller purchases or general questions, the support tends to feel rushed or minimal. Overall, it’s a decent store, but there’s room for improvement in customer service and inventory availability.

My favorite Best Buy location. If you’re looking for a place with him, please that Care and take the Extra Mile to make you happy as a customer and keep you. This is the place to go. Honestly, the only reason I renew my membership is because of how this location takes care of me, especially when there are challenges. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also, great managers and supervisors they’ll take the Extra Mile for you

Honestly I love coming here but the customer service is really terrible. Walked in the other day and the gentleman at the door greeted me and asked if I needed any help I said yes that he would send someone right over to the speakers. Waited about 20 mins then walked over to a different department. Another employee asked if I needed help i said ive been waiting for more then 20 mins to get help on a speaker. Then as I got there someone finally arrived. Don't get me wrong I love this place but everyone just ignores you.

This used to be one of the best shopping experiences anywhere. Smart and easy going eager professional level sales people. NOTBANY MORE! EVERY IBTERACTION HERE ISVA NIGHTMARE AND INCONVENIENCE. Poorly trained staff, incompetent management, and processes designed to infuriate rather than engage. I will go to Sherman Oaks or Topanga rather than right here by me. I can see a day in the near future when there will be going out of business signs out front. I said it first.

I purchased something with an Amex gift card and some cash then 2 hours later returned it because it was the wrong size. At the register the clerk said I was getting $267 back in cash, the manager on the floor ( Friday December 26th around 8:30 pm) came with cash and gave me $217. I brought up the gift card situation and he very smugly told me that he would not be giving me the rest of my refund and that I have to call Amex to sort things out. He told me to call and give them the last 4 numbers that were on the receipt, which were different numbers. I explained to him the situation and I was told it wasn't his problem and that I should get on the phone and figure the situation out myself. He refused to help me in any other way. I know that the last four numbers of the gift card were different from those on the receipt and he told me I just have to give them the number of the card that was used. They had also already thrown that thrash out for the night. Best Buy is not helping me and Amex told me that Best Buy had to give me the refund that this manager refused to give me. This Best Buy stole my money by not telling me that they were refunding my money onto the Amex card that they tossed and that it would be given to me in cash. Warning to anyone else, the manager on the floor ( I wish I got his name) will be extremely rude and will refuse to help you.
