This summary of the rant below is that Best Buy's customer service at this location could be better for what is and what should have been a straightforward request for assistance from a PAYING customer. Upgraded my mother's (65+) phone recently. Went to Best Buy (online) for a complete set of device protection ($112 for glass, case, and camera lens). I told my mom, when you pick up the items, please ask them to install the protection items for you, which was my experience when I purchased my items from Best Buy (in-store). Unfortunately, my mother did not have a good customer service experience as they wanted to charge $7.99 per item (or $24 + tax) to install for a senior asking for assistance with her technology/hardware. They did mention that in-store purchases are at the discretion of the sales associate/geek squad if they want to charge for install. Sounded like based on my mom's account that the young woman who assisted with the glass install was not great with her customer service either. So now Best Buy got their $8 for the glass install but now I'm not going to Best Buy for the Microsoft Surface Pro or Surface laptop that I am planning to buy. It's simple just install the señora's glass and case and don't charge her for it.

Had a fantastic experience shopping here! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. They had a great selection of products and even some fantastic deals. Will definitely be back!

The store manager was very kind. I recycled my old PCs, but I forgot to take out the hard drive and backup the pictures. Next day, I went back to the store and talked to the manager about the situation, he let me take back the pc. He really saved my day. I am really apreciate for his kindness.

The place is very clean the people are very courteous. They dont have a big selection of laptops, that was the reason of my visit. Most of the buying, you have to do it on line now. The modernization and technology is really catching up and making thing easier.

Receipt #1537 Very disappointing experience at Best Buy. My daughter and I went to buy a Nintendo Switch. In the TV section, three employees were sitting at the counter doing nothing. My 13-year-old daughter asked for help three different times. Instead of helping her, they asked unnecessary questions, laughed, and never even stood up to assist her. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 20 years and have purchased many appliances and electronics from different locations, including home installations. I never expected to be treated this way. We were ready to leave without buying anything because of how unprofessional those employees were. When I asked for a supervisor, the three employees suddenly disappeared. The manager was polite and helped my daughter, which is the only reason we stayed. What shocked me most was seeing three grown men trying to act smart in front of a 13-year-old child and her mother instead of simply helping a customer. That is not professionalism. If someone doesn’t want to help customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Best Buy can definitely hire better people who actually want to do their job. Because of this experience, I will not return to this location again.
