Terrible experience. Like so many corporation nowadays. Some of the items you're specifically looking for you cannot purchase in store. You have to purchase via Home delivery. I needed to purchase a microwave. I'm always very leery of home delivery especially when it comes to electronics. This microwave, was delivered with a hole in the box and other damages to the box. There was a dent on the outside of the microwave plus a minor one. The dent was hard enough to cause a tiny chip of the coating inside the cavity of the microwave, making it dangerous to use. I was out of a microwave 4 days waiting for delivery and physical drove it to the local Best Buy for refund and ask the manager if he could do anything to make this right. Concerning the time and inconvenience of the situation and he flat out said no. Mind you this is the third microwave I've bought from Best buy, plus an expensive top of the line Sony Bravia tv. And several other purchases over the years.

This place is iconic ! Been coming here since 2003 when the tacos used to be 50 cents . Their burritos are 💣💥. Salsa amazing , staff always great .. do not expect luxury but expect amazing authentic Mexican food ! Get the Carne asada burrito , cabeza tacos or a torta , can't go wrong

Excellent Service from Vahe! I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Vahe. He was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service — I’d definitely recommend asking for Vahe if you visit!

this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this

Disrespect at Los Feliz, but West Hollywood made it right I bought an open-box MacBook Pro in fair condition, which clearly stated it could be missing accessories. Mine came with no charger, so I bought one separately. Later I realized I’d spent almost the same as a brand-new MacBook, so I went to the Los Feliz Best Buy to exchange it. They told me they’d only take the return if I also gave back the charger — and they wouldn’t refund the charger. I explained that the charger wasn’t included in the original purchase, but it felt like they were accusing me of keeping something I never got. I asked to see the return policy. The manager, Mark, was incredibly rude and actually threw the paper at me. That level of disrespect is completely uncalled for. Luckily, I went to the West Hollywood Best Buy, and they handled the exchange without any issues. Polite, professional, and fast — exactly how it should be. One store gave me attitude and assumptions. The other gave me service and respect.
