They are by far the best technological store I have ever encountered. Every time I need any kind of tech—whether it’s gadgets, electronics, or accessories—they have it all, and it’s the only place I ever shop for technology because their products, service, and expertise are unmatched.

Wandering thru #BestBuy is always a treat to me. I love electronic gadgets and Always keep an open eye for sales and deals. This BB location in the Foxhills mall is a favorite location of course due to its proximity to other favorite shops in there. Got a sweet deal in a side by side fridge with the smart screen in the door. Loving it so far. I'm looking out for sale on desktop monitors......

Worst Best Buy location. Had the worst experience at this location. Marc was rude and unprofessional he looked all shaggy not well put together and clearly does not want to work there since he was so eagered to go home instead of doing his job. When I asked for his name he stated he does not have to give it to me that I can ask in the front. Why work in customer service if you don’t like your job and won’t service the customer? When I complained about him to his manager the mananger did nothing just suggested coming In early next time. My day doesn’t revolve around going to Best Buy it was never in my plans to come in I had to out of necessity it was close by the only thing open.

Horrible. For starters, this place looks like a warehouse with 80% of things in boxes on the store floor. I honestly thought they might be closed for renovations as I was the only customer, and the only personnel I saw was security at the front door. I'm a stock trader and I've been doing so for almost 10 years. With my recent move it was about time I upgraded my home office. A sizable computer is what I was looking for but it blew my mind that HP has a touch screen computer. It wasn't a tablet so yes, I was completely surprised and wanted to see if I would enjoy trading on this device. By testing this computer out; I was told to leave and go to the library if I wanted to trade. I was caught off guard so initially I tried to defend myself; stating that I'm not logged into my personal account and that I'm exploring the touch screen tools that I would be using on a daily basis. He continued to tell me that it looked like personal use and I should leave go to the library if I want to trade stock. I wish I got his name. 6 foot white guy slim build. On the clock at 1pm. Wednesday January 14th 2026. Best Buy Mall location in Culver City. Instead of pleading my case any further I just walked out. One of the worst customer service experience to date!!

I like this best buy, the employees are friendly. Some need help from customers themselves but hopefully with time, they get it. Wish Legos were stocked more!
