The Indian man that works at the Best Buy near Southridge Mall signed me up for "My Best Buy Plus" membership and told us that it was just a store royalty card. We purchased a computer, a computer screen and a printer. We later found out that he took the money out from our purchases and paid for our first year "My Best Buy Plus" memebership. We never said we wanted tl sign up for anything. We just wanted to sign up for store royalty card and that's it. He also applied for a Best Buy credit card for us and we never wanted that either (luckily, that didn't go through). The membership fee for the "My Best Buy Plus," is automatic payment and we didn't signed up for that either. We tried to canceled everything but it won't let us do that for now (because our membership is new). We have to wait until December 2026 to cancel our membership, otherwise it will automatically take out our money from our card. This is extremely dishonest business practice. Customers, please be careful.

Saw a great deal and was tagged wrong. I get a mistake on one slot, but this was every product they had. The manager was disrespectful stating that it was a system problem and he would only offer $5 off for their mistake when the $50 amiibo in question was tagged across the board. This should have been honored at the tag price one time, because at the end of the day, the fine print doesn't matter when ALL of the products were priced wrong. You can't expect anyone to read that tiny writing when you literally have everything displayed at the sale price. Best Buy, you lost a customer to Amazon. Edit: Best Buy, since this review has been live, to respond to your comment, not everyone has social media to resolve these issues. If you want me to change this, find another outlet for resolution.

Be careful ordering appliances with Best Buy. I have had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Best Buy while purchasing a new refrigerator. In February 2026, I ordered a new refrigerator, on sale and in stock. A month later I was informed that they can no longer deliver the fridge because the manufacturer no loner makes it and they don't have any in stock. I asked what happened to the item I ordered because it was in stock when I made the purchase. They stated they didn't know and there was nothing they could do. They offered to trade out my purchase with a different model they selected that was a "close match" to the fridge I selected. The one they offered was 6 cubic feet smaller than my order and had zero similar features. So I declined and sent them my new fridge selection based on their currently in stock options. The customer service rep I was working with stated that it would be best to wait for my other products (Dishwasher, Oven, microwave) to be delivered and then we could cancel the fridge order and order the new fridge I selected. I naively said ok. Delivery date came a couple weeks later. I went to work though the fridge order change with the rep. No response. I was able to work with a different rep. The new fridge I selected is now $600 more expensive than it was when I was originally trying to make the order switch. They will not honor the original cost. After working with that rep, no response again for about two weeks. I reached out to their online support to finally get the old order canceled and new fridge order processed because the other two reps never actually processed anything. Now my new fridge is unavailable again and they still will not honor the original price. I am extremely frustrated and will no longer be shopping with Best Buy ever again after their inventory issues and order support problems. Customer service reps were Mary Heart and DelMar. Be mindful if you are working with them and don't accept anything other then what they can do immediately in that moment because they will not honor anything else.

Amazon has way better customer support. Much easier return process. Amazon is way cheaper too. Compare your prices people. Bestbuy wouldn’t even return back my rewards money… sat on phone for over 3 hours to be told my rewards couldn’t be returned, even though the cancelation invoice said they would be……

A wonderful place to get anything and everything you need from cellphones, PCs, home entertainment, home security system, video consoles, appliances and all types of accessories. Great financing available. Plenty of parking.
