Employee Joe was great! He was able to answer my questions, from a non- tech person, about printer options to replace a very old printer.....and that was not even my goal for this trip. This trip was to replace a very, very old microwave. My chosen brand was not displayed at another Best Buy near my home....I needed to see it before deciding on the purchase. Now to research the printer options....then come back and buy!

Great store for Electronics. Customer friendly. Knowledgeable Stuffs. Understand the requirements and provide professional suggestions. Best place to buy Mobile and it's accesories.

Sales men were helpful didnt try to sell me just anything. The negative was the tv I bought said it was in stock on their computer at their store but physically wasnt there so had to drive to another location. Not the end of the world the original store gave me a small credit that they didnt have too which was nice if them.... that inconvenience is my only complaint.

Disappointed with the way Best Buy works!! I ordered a canon lens brand new. The first time they shipped it, it came in a generic brown box with deflated bubble bag (so minimal protection from transportation), no manual, no papers, the lens was wrapped in a thin foam. The lens also had some dusts on the glass when I removed the caps too. Came in for a return and ordered a new one. 1 week later, I came back to pick up the new lens. And it is the EXACT same lens in the exact same box. Even the Best Buy team was baffling about it. Then we did another round of return and replacement, and guess what, the lens I received is the EXACT same one as the previous two times. Pretty disappointed with the way things work at Best Buy. Will most likely not ordering anything from Best Buy in the future. ***Updates: too bad google doesn’t have option for 0 start review. BestBuy reach out to me to fix the issue. I was told that if I order a new lens, it’ll be a new lens. And guess what, I got the same lens and the same sloppy packaging as the previous 3 times (only this time they switch out to a different brown box, maybe that’s the improvement? Lmao) It’s a shame the way Best Buy is operating!

Went here with my Mother which may be possibly delusional. The way thing’s are laid out in this store are not quite appealing to the Eyes. Would consider going back only because of Product Availability. Thing’s didn’t quite go to well when I went with her. Felt like I kind of screwed her over at some point. Which deep inside I’m actually sorry for what happened. Wasn’t in my right frame of mind at the time.
