I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Best Buy today—truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! First, Donna at customer service during checkout was simply outstanding. She greeted me with genuine warmth, handled everything with professionalism, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made me feel truly valued as a customer. On my way in, Will at the door went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed—an external hard drive. He didn’t just point me in the right direction; he took the time to guide me and make sure I found the right option. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. And Sarai from the sales team was equally exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my purchase. All three of them—Donna, Guido, and Sarai—made this visit unforgettable. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly reflect what excellent customer service should look like. Best Buy is incredibly lucky to have such an outstanding team. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. The staff made me feel uncomfortable by closely following me around the store instead of offering assistance in a professional way. It felt more like I was being watched than helped. Additionally, several employees appeared distracted and were frequently on their phones rather than assisting customers. Customer service and professionalism were not what I expected. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers can have a better experience.

Today I visited the Store with my dad to pay his credit card bill, as he always does, and on previous occasions he hadn't had any problems. This time, when we visited the store, the person working in payments refused to help us because we didn't have a Texas ID or driver's license, even though we've paid without any issues using our ITIN in the past. I mentioned that it wasn't the first time I'd paid, but he refused to help me. I spoke with three other people to get help, and they told me that he was the manager, whose name is Gustavo, and that he said they couldn't help me. I had to leave the store without making my payment, and now I'm waiting for late fees to be recharged because I couldn't pay on time, since the staff refused to help me. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable.

I had the worst experience here at this location with a manager. I was there with my wife looking at which is the best option for the best work laptop for her. I was just trying to see what’s the best option for me as a paying customer which I have the right to and then I asked the employee what was the price match policy if they can assist me with that no one wanted to help me so I asked for the manager. I searched the policy online and he came and was very defensive very rude. Very unprofessional. You know I have the right to want to save money in price match and I’m gonna invest in something I have the right as a buyer to want to make sure if I can save some money. The issue was how rudely he handled everything and how he was very dismissive He was so bothered for me asking about that. He says that none of that matters nothing matters online or on the website. I ask him if he can show me or explain to me the price match policy super rude he walked away, asked for someone above him, and then he got really upset and then lied to me and made up a name when I decided to start recording and asking for more assistance. All the other employees mentioned there’s another general manager by a certain name of Nathan and then another manager. After him, walking away being rude and as a sign of ignorance, once he’s realized that I was escalating with another employee he realize his mistake and then decided to come and try to talk to me and sweet things out and try to apologize after he just realized that he noticed he was in the wrong and I wasn’t screaming or anything. I’m a very competent person and I understand the field of retail. I’m not here to mess with someone’s livelihood, but I hope management can see and reprimand this guy the way he acts towards customers specially good paying customers. I know it feels good to be important, but it’s more important to be nice

Workers will see you standing at a station ready to purchase and will walk past you. Waited 20 minutes in front a stand until I had to ask a worker to help and another worker was complaining to the person assisting me of having to help another customer lol. It’s laughable at this point. Do not recommend this location at all.
