THANK YOU DAISY! This was my first time in the store after living in the area for a year. I came in for a DJI Mini mic and the shelf was empty. She looked around the store then went into the back to look for it. When I seen her come back with the box in her hand I was so appreciative and still am. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you again.

I purchased a brand new 65in tv from this location on February 26! When I opened the tv days later I realized there were key components missing, like the power cord, remote, stand legs and tv guide! I immediately notified Best Buy. Finally they give me just a power cord, I get home plug the tv in, it comes on, the whole screen is broken. I’ll post a photo below. I called them again just for them to tell me I’m outside of their 15 day policy for returns/exchanges, despite the item being defective and not usable from the start. I am requesting a full refund or replacement for this defective product!! I have also contacted the BBB to help handle this matter. This store is being very unreasonable and I refuse to let them get away with this!!! The tv was not cheap and I don’t like wasting money!!

I went in to look at laptops because my 10 year old one crashed. They have associates that just help answer your questions and two different ones came to offer assistance. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. When it was time to make my purchase, I was handed over to someone else, who helped me even more. I will definitely go back for any of my electronic needs.

This particular branch store was quite marginal sometime ago, we did shy away from shoping here, however, I returned to ask a price on an item, I was surprised and actually shocked at their excellent Customer Service. So I decided to return to visit their GeekSquad Dept., and boy, I was amazed at the quality of Customer Service, and at their excellent technician who waited on me. The door greeters and the technician were just superb. I will return with my family to acquire a couple of kitchen appliances. I highly recommend this Gulfgate branch store.

I have a update. I was having a problem of a return thru there 3rd party and was given the run around. Mr Warren from Best Buy and reached out to me and stepped in to handle the situation.They fully refused me for my mattress and and told me to keep it because of all the run around. Thanks Mr.Warren for putting your customers first and stepping in.
