It's a great place to visit because they have a wide variety of household items, including new and very modern coffee makers for making a delicious cup of coffee in the morning. There are always discounts and new offers. There's plenty of parking for everyone. Wheelchair access is available.

never have i ever thought that something like this would happen to me, however when i first walked into this establishment with my hispanic mom, we were greeted by a short, white male. about five minutes later, i an about to go up to him for help only to overhear his racist remarks and him talking about his love for ICE agents. this was extremely upsetting and i advise anyone who is a person of color to avoid this store.

I just visited Best Buy and want to recognize Ashley for her outstanding service. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while helping me find the right desktop and monitor. *Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. Clean, organized, & greeted at the front. I noticed I wasn't asked if I needed assistance with anything when I was browsing, but I was ONLY asked when one employee saw me taking pictures & asked me why I was taking pictures. I kindly told him I take pictures for Google reviews. Then he said he only asked because he thought I was an auditor. Kind of sad...

Want to recognize Ashley at store #1768 off East Sam Houston Pkwy. Ashley helped me twice on two different days with purchasing a fridge and a dryer. She didn't try to upsale for the most expensive or a certain brand. She listened to what I needed and I got the best deal. She's patient and willing to help. The two encounters were met with a smile. Great job Ashley.
