I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Esteban and Kevin. From the moment we walked in, they provided outstanding customer service and made sure my mom and I felt taken care of every step of the way. They were both patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, answering all of our questions and helping us find exactly what we needed without making us feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to come across employees who go above and beyond like they did. What really stood out was how they helped us at the end of our visit—they personally assisted in loading our 70-inch TV into the truck and made sure everything was secure. They didn’t rush us out either; they took the time to make sure we felt comfortable, confident, and fully taken care of before we left the store. Because of Esteban and Kevin, our visit was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Best Buy is lucky to have them on their team!

TLDR: Old management team was fired. New management team is rude, unhelpful, and mistrained. Bad Supervisor: Hugo _______________________________________________________________ Very disappointed with your store leadership at this location. I had a gift to return (no gift receipt, unfortunately) and specifically called a Best Buy store, in advance, to confirm what could be done. A manager on duty advised that I could take it to ANY Best Buy store, and, if a transaction was not found via email or phone number, a store credit would be issued as a no receipt return without tax reimbursement. Well, I brought the items to your store... was advised the previous leadership team were all let go, all managers at this location are new, and said policy does not exist at Best Buy. This was a complete lie... after leaving, I called THREE other stores to inquire and all confirmed that this policy is in fact active and true. Unsure if your management team is just not trained sufficiently, or if this was a personnel-specific issue (the supervisor who assisted me was very rude and advised he was the only member of management in your building on this day). Regardless, I would like your store manager to escalate this issue to district leadership and rectify the situation accordingly. Neither myself nor other Best Buy customers should be treated in this manner, and all Best Buy store locations should be servicing customers the same.

My brother ordered a 100 inch flat screen television on line , I was at his 🏠 when it was delivered Thursday, "he came to the realization " it was much to large for his living room, yesterday we was near this particular location , we stopped to get info and procedure policy , A young lady named Tera helped us she's a very good sales agent at this location,she was very helpful pleasant polite and very professional, she sold my brother several other things yesterday, 80 inches television 📺 & automatic program vacuum she's very good salesperson , I was totally impressed with her ability and knowledge. She's most definitely a great sales agent 💯.

I've been calling regarding status on my daughters laptop repair and no one in the call center is able to give me accurate and correct information. They all give me different answers or transfer me to the main store but no one answers, also the extention provided to me was incorrect. No one seems to know what is going on or able to assist me. It's been over 2 weeks and a few days and still nothing. I was guaranteed to have repair/replacement in less than 2 weeks!
