Kirill Demidenko a month agoCame here to buy Ray-Ban meta glasses and nobody was able to help me. Seriously? The guy who should help the customers left at 6pm? You have lots of people in a store and nobody can't help with the product that you guys are selling? Should safe 30 minute of driving in a traffic and just stay home.
James Daguillard 5 months agoWill not honor their price match guarantee. Lost a sale and customer because their ‘register’ prohibits them to modifying beyond a certain amount when accommodating a price adjustment. Even the store leader couldn’t override it. Wanted to purchase in-person from BestBuy so I could enjoy the item the same day versus waiting for an online order arriving several days later. Do better, Best Buy!
Scott Orr 6 months agoWhat a joke! Went in at 7:06pm on Monday. My intention was to buy either a Sony or Samsung 65” OLED television and soundbar. No one in the department was there to assist me. Then I found him with his head buried in his phone. Never looked up once to see if anyone was around that needed assistance. I watch him for about 5 minutes out of curiosity. He never moved or looked up. It was almost as if he were hiding from customers. Off to Costco I go…
William Honshell 3 months agoI’ve always had a soft spot for Best Buy. Walking in still feels a little like stepping into a tech playground—TV walls glowing, gadgets everywhere, and the sudden urge to buy something I didn’t know I needed five minutes ago. The staff has usually been helpful when I’ve needed it, and it’s nice being able to actually see and touch electronics before buying them. Sometimes you just want to compare things in person instead of staring at twenty browser tabs trying to figure out the difference between two nearly identical products. That said… the internet has unfortunately ruined my self-control. More than once I’ve stood in the aisle, looked at the price tag, then checked my phone and realized the exact same item is cheaper online. It’s the classic “Best Buy showroom experience.” I come in for the inspiration and sometimes end up ordering it later from my couch. Still, I genuinely enjoy the store and the experience of browsing. When I need something right away or want to see it in person first, Best Buy is still one of my go-to places. Overall: great store, fun to browse, helpful staff—but the online prices keep me honest. Solid 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Evan Rhodes a month agoI went in a buy a new S26 plus off Old Katy rd. because the screen on my old phone had stopped working, I waited for about 30 min to get some help. After a sale lady finished up with a customer a told her I would like to buy a phone. She helped me get a phone and a case for it. When it came time to activate the phone she told me I need the zip code for the account. I didn't know the zip code to my parents house off the top of my head and that she could activate the phone without it. After walking out the store and got in my car I realized I could use a demo phone to look that up. After walking back in to look it up on the demo phone it took another 30 min or so to get some help. After getting into the account they had a problem connecting with the Verizon account. Blake the manager said I've never seen this error and said we still can't activate your phone and told me that I would have to go to the Verizon store for more help. At this point I'm thinking I should have gone to Microcenter there sale team is always on point. I still ended up buying the phone and case out of convenience. As I was about to walking out of the store I realized I didn't know where a Verizon store was. So I got back on the demo phone to look that up. At this point the demo phone was more help then there sales team. At Verizon they just took out the sim card and put it in my new S26 plus and I had service. After setting up then phone in there store I made a phone call to see if it worked and it worked. I didn't realize it would take over an hour and a half to buy a phone with Best buy. Its like they didn't want my money or the sale. I'm sad to said that will be my late time buying at a Best Buy.
