Jazz was absolutely AMAZING she helped me out along with Juan! I haven't been to a Best Buy in forever and these two made me want to come back and buy stuff just to talk to them! They helped me out & told me about some things going on in the store I wasn't aware of. They even had me thinking about signing up for a credit card which is crazy work 😂 Please give them the praise they deserve! (:

Jazz met me at the door and directed me back to Mark in computers and he was Very good at finding the most reliable computer for our business. Now the owner of the company is likely to switch to Best Buy for all his computers For my personal home, I was in appliances in Belinda was very helpful. Best Buy has really Improved in customer service! At least at this location. Thank you!

I was prepared to buy a laptop, but I made the fatal flaw of letting my B.B. customer service guy help someone for what was supposed to be a brief transaction. After about 10 minutes as he was heping yet another customer, I just left. I want brick and mortar businesses to succeed, even this big box, but customer service like this will unlikely lead me into Best Buy again.

I came in the other day to look for a MacBook was helped out by a really handsome and kind blonde guy he was really helpful and knowledgeable on getting me the right one! Great service and if anyone knows his socials Id love to see him again :)

Grace did amazing tonight. I came in because my order had still not proceeded through order pickup! It was a switch 2. She went out of her way to call corporate and push the order through. Her attitude for it being past closing was amazing… sorry for being those customers… but anyway. If you making any big purchases have her help you! She knows wha she’s doing.
