I got help in the cell phone area but it was really difficult making her understand that I needed a phone charger for my car, not a desk. I explained twice what I was looking for and she offered me things that were not what I needed. Once that was worked out, I was taken to the register, without being given any opportunity to do any other shopping. I won't be back.

I came in today to purchase a camera and was not helped properly by Best Buy staff. My friends and I asked a staff member to help us and we waited patiently, 20 minutes went by and we still have not at that point received assistance. When we were finally helped, we selected a camera to purchase and waited for them to bring it to check out. Another 20 minutes went by and the camera was never brought out to us. If I’m being honest this felt discriminating, and my friends felt the same way. Never coming back

Paid for a new desktop only to find out that they charge to have "Office" installed. Then was told there was going to be a charge to transfer data. Bullshit tactics and poor Customer Service makes me certain that I won't go back.

The worst experience ever! We were so excited to get our new tv and it comes like this. I bought the warranty, derived and the stalation with them because we didn’t want to deal with this and that’s exactly what happened. They said my tv is out of stock so I need to exchange it with another tv that were or more expensive or I lose some characters of the tv. Short long story I only got my money back but I don’t a brand new tv that I pay for.
