Best Buy is great But just sharing a product review it’s not Best Buy’s fault Just my experience with a laptop so I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Microsoft Support. I purchased a Microsoft laptop for approximately $1,200 in August 2025. Recently, both the keyboard and touchpad stopped working unexpectedly, leaving me unable to use the device properly. Since the laptop is still under warranty, I contacted Microsoft expecting a quick resolution. Unfortunately, the support experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I was initially told I would receive updates within 24–48 hours, but I received no communication and had to repeatedly follow up myself to find out the status of my case. After waiting and chasing updates, I was informed that Microsoft would only offer a repair rather than a replacement. My biggest concern is that my warranty is about to expire, and I worry about what will happen if additional issues arise after the repair. For a premium device that cost over $1,200, I expected much better customer service and support. For comparison, when I previously had a hardware issue with a Dell laptop, Dell quickly arranged a replacement and resolved the issue within a few days. The difference in customer service has been significant. I am sharing my experience so other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing a Microsoft laptop. Based on my experience, the support process has been slow, stressful, and disappointing. Thanks

Dominic is wonderful! I loved the tour he gave me of the RayBan display glasses! Very knowledgeable, polite, and definitely punching above his weight class! I highly recommend to check out the demo in the meta glasses section.

My mom came in with her broken lively phone to switch her number to a new phone not only did the girl not switch her into a new phone and keep her number she opened a new account charged her $35 and didn't even activate her phone for her which I guess I'm glad because I had to fix this problem and it probably would have been a lot worse had she done her job the way she was not supposed to do it ... either way, it was a problem for me. Also to the owner who left the response thank you but my mom will be 96 in a few weeks and she does not have social media she does not have an email I take care of all the stuff because I lost my brother and my dad so it's just me taking care of her. And after talking to lively we trusted you to take care of her but that didn't happen.

I used a $100 VISA Gift Card toward a purchase at BB Polaris Cols OH and the order was cancelled. The sales associate threw away the gift card so I no longer had the card. I told the customer service rep to issue a check and she didn’t - she put the $100 back on the card that was thrown away. I was told they would escalate the issue and someone would call within 48 hours no one ever called. We went to 2 different Best Buy stores one in Dublin and one at Polaris and the mgr at Polaris would only give back $50 as a courtesy - give me a break! They owe me $100 not $50! Do better Best Buy! Next I’m contacting the BBB and the CEO Corie Barry - how can a biz make such a mistake and think they can’t refund the total amount! They outsource the customer service reps and they tell you different things and don’t care! I told the rep who said we can give you a Best Buy gift card, refund on the Visa card or a check. I told her 5 times we don’t have the card it was thrown away by the sales person please issue a check. She still refunded it to the VIsa Gift card it’s so unprofessional and unethical not to return the full amount! The Mgr at Best Buy Polaris in Columbus said to reach out to VISA card company and dispute it when it was Best Buy’s mistake. I don’t have the number or the card to even reach out to them.

Don’t shop at this location Went to get two phones a few weeks back the representative that was helping us at the phone counter had an attitude, and they ended up having to call AT&T to verify my identity. After about 30 minutes. AT&T customer Service answer the phone and put us back on hold( which is fine) As We were Waiting the Best Buy Employee hung up the phone By accident, then proceeded to talk to the rude team lead and then went behind the wall and basically told him that they were weren’t able to do it because the Phone customer service closes early today (Which was a lie) So then I went back in there about a week or two later and it was a new guy but the same team lead and they did the same exact thing and it is just seemed like they didn’t wanna work or thought I was sketchy, so I just ordered online.
