I had an amazing experience at the BestBuy. The staff member Grant was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Logan at Geek Squad. Logan was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, great customer service from both of them. Highly recommend this location and I really appreciate their help!

Best Buy in Grove City The staff is extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager a manager was not available even though they said it was three team managers in the store purchased a $2000 refrigerator on January 29, 2026. The refrigerator was supposed to be Deliver to my home on February 6 they called me today and tell me that the refrigerator will not be delivered until February 17, 2026 two weeks out. I came on 29 January because I needed a refrigerator. It’s bad enough. I had to wait over a week to get it delivered and now they wanna tell me that it’s gonna take two weeks and nobody can seem to do anything about it.!!! 👎🏻 I guess I have to cancel my order. And go to big Sandy superstore to purchase a refrigerator Best Buy bad business you do not have to worry about me ever spending my money with you again my credit card that I have with Best Buy I will be canceling it today

I’ve been to this Best Buy many times and received fine service. That’s why this is a two-star review instead of a one. However, one incident has made me try to avoid Best Buy entirely and shop elsewhere. A couple of weeks ago, I went to this location to replace a ZAGG screen protector purchased at the Springfield location, which is covered under the lifetime warranty. I have replaced this protector three times (Spartanburg, SC, Springfield, and Tuttle Crossing), and was told that, since I paid the $8 installation fee at the initial purchase, any subsequent replacement would be free. When I first went to the counter with my replacement, I was told that without my original purchase receipt, I would not be able to warranty it, and I’d have to pay for the screen protector and the installation fee again. My receipt was in my account and was honored at the three previous locations with absolutely no question. When I disputed this, the associates working the desk “traded customers” and had me go to another desk instead. I was then told that the screen protector was free, but the installation was still a charge because “policy changed three months ago” (my previous replacement was no more than a month prior). I attempted to escalate the situation, but it was a busy Saturday, and I did not want to hold up the line for everyone else. I paid the $8 and moved along. The $8 isn’t the problem; it’s the inconsistency across stores that I have a problem with. I had no issues at all getting a replacement complimentary at three locations across two states. They also refused to warranty my ZAGG phone case (also with a lifetime warranty) and told me to go to Easton.

I had a terrible time with getting the Verizon store to solve problems I was having and decided to stop by Best Buy in Grove City to see if they could help. I started talking to Will who was in the samsung phone section and he took the time to help me with an issue that was not his responsibility other than to make sure someone that didn't even buy a product in the sore had a good customer experience. Thanks for your help Will.

I just went to the Geek Squad area. After years of using windows, I finally had enough and upgraded to Lynux. But I could not get my computer to recognize the wifi card. Young guy there, his name is Ash, he took care of it in no time and was very patient with me with all the questions I had. Ash man, thank you for the great service you provided me with. Whatever they’re paying you, you definitely deserve a big raise.
