I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Morse Road location. I came in ready to purchase a $5,000 100-inch television, but instead of being helped, I was left waiting while two associates were assisting one customer. As a business owner, I witness associates just walking around the store doing nothing. I then decided to purchase Meta glasses, and it took another 30–45 minutes before anyone came to assist me. The same guy that was suppose to assist me was outside in his phone talking to a friend. When I asked for a manager, it took an additional 15 minutes for someone to come out. For a company like Best Buy, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are prepared to make major purchases. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer care at the Morse Road location is extremely disappointing.

I recently visited Best Buy for a laptop upgrade, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, especially Mark, who took the time to listen to my needs and guide me toward the perfect laptop. What impressed me most was his honesty—he didn’t push me to the most expensive option, but rather to the one that truly fit my requirements. I also ended up getting a 4K smart TV, thanks to another helpful associate in that department. Best Buy’s financing options made the purchase easy, and their follow-up service was excellent. When I had a question about setting up my TV, the support team patiently walked me through the steps. Both products have been performing exceptionally well, making my work and entertainment experience even better. Best Buy offers more than just a wide range of products; they provide fantastic customer service and create an overall seamless shopping experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of quality tech and great service!

The 2 geek squad members I talked to were great and very nice people. Best Buy's computer repair model does not work for me. First, they have outsourced their customer service. So, you can no longer talk to the employees at the store, you'll just talk to someone from India. They quite literally cannot help you or give you direction with your computer problem, nor can they patch you in directly to the store. They just tell you, "Keep caling back, and when they're not busy, the call will go to them". Buddy, it's 2026, every retail location in America is a ghost town at noon on a weekday. You CANT call there. So I rolled the dice and brought my computer in for a BIOS update. They quoted it at $250. I immediately knew this was ludicrous and I could have avoided bringing my machine up to the store and all of this nonsense. 100% avoidable. To give you a comparison, I immediately called Micro Center, was able to speak with a customer service agent in seconds who knew my problem, and they quoted it at $30, almost 10x less. Best Buy needs to change their model quick, because anyone who cares about their computer or has any knowledge would never trust this process.

Store has gone down hill. Needs better leadership. Messy areas. Waited forever because noone was at the register, and noone seemed interested in helping. Also no comment or explanation about the long wait. Do better Best Buy.

Geek squad has my studio computer. They told me to call them. I CANNOT GET PAST THE STUPID AI SYSTEM AND THEY NEVER TRIED CALLING ME!!! Im going to have to find a ride, disabled, just to yell at them to CALL me instead of letting a machine take care of it. FIX MY DAM COMPUTER AND STOP PLAYING AI GAMES WITH CUSTOMERS!!! I HATE BEST BUY NOW AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! Do not support AI powered businesses. Theyre a pop culture joke and DO NOT FUNCTION. They just happened to do so much business that they can stay in business but they will struggle and suffocate and die and good riddance with the way they're using the system. It's absolutely absurd that I cannot get a hold of my repair tech after being told to call them. Why not just call me? This is a pathetic store
