Needed some assistance with a locked Apple iPad that I could not get to respond. Set up a 1220 appointment with the geek squad showed up 20 minutes early. They got me in and out before my appointment time. Overall, they were very helpful, polite, professional, and understanding as this was my son‘s iPad. Would highly recommend them for your technology needs.

Best Buy’s customer service continues to be outstanding. Quinn, the associate that helped us exchange a defective television, was phenomenal. People like him are what make Best Buy great.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never buy again in this place. We bought a refrigerator that was supposed to be installed for our new home. I came the day before moving to receive the refrigerator, the delivery showed up and he decided to just not deliver it. We need to hustle all the way to get the refrigerator delivery to the house at the Best Buy location; which the told us that we will receive the new one in a few days. The gave us a substitute fridge for a few days that was on top that with a hit on one of the doors, and they even asked my husband if he wanted that one because it was ready to go. Of course he said no, that we will wait for the other one. The day that was supposed to be delivered no one showed up and I didn’t receive a notification for it. I needed to call Best Buy to get the news that they change the date without notifiying us, and I needed to wait ANOTHER WEEK. Finally they came to deliver the new fridge and guess what: they do not install it, they didn’t connect it to the water AND they didn’t even install the pulls from the doors. Like what in the world? What kind of service is that after ALL THE HUSTLE? Because apparently we needed to buy separately the install and the things to connect it to the water when that was supposed to come the first time we did the purchase. It has been a nightmare.

I've been to this location many times but haven't been recently, decided to go when looking for a computer. The store looks like they keep shrinking in products. Wide open spaces with no product. When looking for a computer the staff wasn't that helpful. Gave them our budget and they keep trying to push us outside if it. We didn't need anything fancy but somehow they kept thinking we did. Finally left out of frustration and ended up buying buying someplace else who were able to stay in our budget and us not spending an extra $237 that they kept pushing us towards. On the other side this store is definitely an older store but was very clean inside and for a store with its age I would have expected It to be more of a mess. I would give them a 56%

We found the service very mediocre. The cashiers were blah and not friendly. We asked for assistance and they said tgey did not have a tape. We were pleasantly surprised when Rasha went out of her way to help us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos to her! . She’s a keeper.
