I recently purchased a new Pioneer DDJ-GR6 and needed the right connectors to connect it to my iPad. I headed to my local Best Buy and was fortunate to be assisted by Jonathan M in the Apple section. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he took the time to ensure I found everything I needed. It's hard to believe this place is still in business. They have quite a selection of televisions, major appliances, espresso machines, games, phones, open box sales items and so much more. All of the sales people I met were very nice and knowledgeable. They actually had a speaker room and a theater room too. Very cool to actually hear the quality of speakers.

This Best Buy at 10950 W Charleston Blvd is a clean, well-organized store located in a quieter part of Las Vegas 🙂. The layout is easy to navigate, and it’s generally less crowded than the Best Buy locations closer to the Strip, which makes shopping here a bit more comfortable 🔎🛍️. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, especially in the computer and home theater sections 👨‍💻📺. They take their time explaining products, and you don’t feel rushed. The checkout area moves pretty quickly, even during busier hours 💳✨. The store has a solid selection of laptops, phones, TVs, gaming consoles, headphones, and smart-home devices 🎧📱🎮. They also carry plenty of accessories — chargers, cables, cases — which is convenient if you need something right away 🔌🙂. Prices are standard for Best Buy: not always the cheapest, but fair, and sometimes you can catch good deals or open-box discounts 💸⭐. Parking is also easy here, which is a bonus compared to some busier locations 🚗👍. Overall, this is a reliable and comfortable Best Buy — nothing flashy, but definitely a good place to shop if you’re on the west side of Las Vegas.

I strongly recommend staying far away from Best Buy’s TV installation service. I had them mount a television, and the moment they finished, it was glaringly obvious that the TV was sagging heavily to one side. Because the initial job was done so poorly, I called customer service. To my surprise, they sent the exact same team back out to "fix" the issue. Unsurprisingly, they failed to correct it, and the TV is still visibly crooked on my wall. When I reached out a second time to get this properly resolved, Best Buy refused to help, claiming that the issue is now outside of their "allowable time period" for service complaints. It is incredibly frustrating that they are using their own delays and their team's incompetence as an excuse to wash their hands of the situation. Best Buy absolutely does not stand by their work. There is a reason they frequently throw in "free" installation with a TV purchase—the quality is bottom-of-the-barrel and the service is completely incompetent. Save yourself the headache, protect your walls, and hire a professional third-party service instead. Best Buy will leave you with a crooked TV and zero support.

Really happy with the new TV purchase in the last month. Best Buy also came out and installed it at my house in Summerlin. It matches up perfect with the fireplace below. The two technicians that came out, Eric and Sam, great job installing guys.
