I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Vital. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend the right products for what I needed. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Customer service like that really stands out. Highly recommend asking for Vital if you need help! I went to buy speakers and arrange to have them installed as I moved from surround sound to a regular system. The staff person acted bored and showed me pictures of speakers rather than the actual product. The bigger issue is that, due to my limited vision, I needed to have the speakers installed. I made that very clear to him. However, when the delivery was made, the Best Buy seller had written an order that said to just drop off the box. This is ridiculous - I could have carried the box home and not paid the additional $139. It appeared that I would have to reschedule and pay another installer to come out. Fortunately, the delivery man was willing to open and hook up the speakers. He was apologetic and professional. His service was the reason I didn't rate this "1", which is what the in home person deserved.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I came in intending to purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, but I was unable to get any assistance. After waiting for some time, I approached an employee who told me they would send someone over to help. Unfortunately, no one ever came. After waiting for over an hour without any assistance, I decided to leave. If this is the level of service provided in-store, I’d rather just order online.

Trying to evaluate speakers in the speaker room isn’t a great experience. A Best Buy associate hovers over you like a mall security guard. Not ideal for testing out speakers of any kind. I’m an adult with a background that includes audio engineering for radio & television. If you’d like to seriously test drive some equipment go elsewhere.

Bought a router extension for my home internet at Best Buy and had a great experience. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, checkout was fast, and the extender works exactly as expected. My Wi-Fi coverage is much better now. Highly recommend!
