I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to one of the employees named Yazen. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, approachable, and clearly focused on helping every customer that he could. I noticed how he tried to balance multiple people at once, making sure no one felt ignored while still giving each person the time they needed. Yazen was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood my options rather than just trying to make a sale. It was clear that he was putting in real effort to provide the best service possible. Because of his help, my overall experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Employees like this make a big difference, and it definitely stood out. I’d gladly return knowing I’ll receive that level of customer service again.

Closing Best Buy accounts and moving onto Amazon- the salesman were ridiculous trying to get us to buy a 10k TV ! We found our own open box deal after dealing with them, really felt like a used car dealership. We asked , the open box items work correct? And were assured they do otherwise they would not be on the floor . Welp - paid $200 to have it mounted and guess what, it doesn’t even power on! Called TCL support they say bring it back, Best Buy rep totally dismissive on the phone - no customer service , super frustrating , time to go back to doing business with people that care . Things happen but the customer service support is horrible. We have been loyal customers for decades ……..

What is happening Best Buy? I dont think Best Buy is the issue. The issue here is the new generation of worker working there today. Its on a Wednesday night (Not that busy) i was trying to find something for about 10 to 15 minutes and not a single soul asked if I need help finding something. I made my way back to the laptop section ... and one of the male worker popped up really quick to assist a pretty girl. Im sorry Im not a cute girl. Seriously is that what it takes to get some assistance at this location? Do I have to flag someone. I must have walked past 5 or 6 workers and not one of them would ask if I neesed help finding something. Im gonna assume Best Buy's response is ... maybe I should of flagged a team member down. What happen to the days when you walk into a Best Buy and no matter if your a cute girl or guy a Best Buy staff is ready to assist. They ask if you need help find something "may I assist you with anything?" "Did you need help finding something?"

Do not buy an open box TV here. Purchased a 'Good' condition Sony oled. Thank goodness I checked inside before checking out. The TV had literal dirt on it, the stand was dented in multiple places, the remote had mud (?) on it, the stand screws were just rolling around in the box (no idea if some were missing), and the TV was described as good condition. The customer service could not have cared any less in person and were rude. When I wanted to refund the purchase, I was told I had to carry the TV across the store to ask for a refund at customer service even though I never left the pickup station. They also declined to help me carry the TV across the store.

Sold me an Open Item TV that doesn’t work. They promised it worked and would have no issues. Had it mounted and put on a wall, all to find out the TV would not turn on. When I called they said sorry, you have to re-box it and return it. Never going to best buy again. Paid 200 dollars to be mounted, all to pay someone else to come and unmount it. Then had to piece together the box that was destroyed as we pulled the TV out of the Box. Thanks Best buy! The support line was worthless and they don’t let you talk to the actual store you bought it. Best Buy is going down hill quickly.
