This place is huge. Having tons of options. They even have their little outlet part of it in the back area. I spoke with the initial customer people by the entrance of the place. I dont feel they were really helpful nor had the best attitude . Which made a person feel as though they didnt even want to bother with staying there. Alas I did to gather the pictures etc for this review.

The Best Buy on Maryland Parkway is an excellent spot for all your tech needs. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, with a solid selection of electronics and accessories. Staff members are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, whether you’re buying or just comparing options. Checkout and pickup are quick, making the whole shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

The female working at the online pickup tonight was unreasonably disrespectful & absolutely dreadful to deal with. Gave my man the biggest attitude for no reason, rolled her eyes & smirked when he mentioned he arrived early for his pickup. Had zero concept of customer service. Then when asking her if a product was in stock, instead of checking she said "probably not". We let her buddy Casey know how rude she was, & he seemed just as professional as her. Definitely won't return to this location with such unpleasant, careless staff.

The staff here were so kind and helpful. I was in town for a conference. I needed to get a cheap TV. The lady in the electronics department found one for me immediately and didn't try to upsell me. Then at checkout, the staff helped me get the TV out to my rental car AND loaded it for me. It really was a great experience. Better than I've had at a Best Buy in many years

A big thumbs up for your wonderful employee, Lourdes. My husband, age 90, frequently shops at Best Buy on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. Several times previously Lourdes had assisted us and found us just what we needed. Today I received the same excellent service. Lourdes is attentive, helpful, and she listens! She is very patient in dealing with the elderly, and always greets us with a warm, welcoming smile. The staff at the Best Buy on Maryland Parkway is the reason we always shop there.
