Shout out to Sebastian! Both him and the gentleman at the geek squad counter went above and beyond helping me after what could have been a total waste of time and visit to the store. It would have been easy to say “ we can’t help you” but instead they took time to address what was going on and from that I ended up making a purchase. It’s employees like these that keep brick and mortar stores in business !

I had an excellent experience today at Best Buy thanks to Arman Z who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand what I needed instead of just trying to sell me something. Arman checked on me a few times while I was browsing. He explained different options clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What stood out most was his professionalism and positive attitude, he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this store because of him.

Who knew they own yardbird outdoor furniture company? So now when you buy your smartphone or computer your can buy your vacuum cleaner, stove,dishwasher and outdoor furniture. They do have great help though. They were diligent and even made sure my questions were answered before I left.

Hidden gem for sure. Underground parking is underrated for sure! The winter months here, every business needs underground parking. Not only underground parking, but a lot of underground parking at that! This location didn't what I needed but the staff were friendly and helped me figure out where it was. Staff are willing to help and talk tech for as long as you'd like to. The customer service at this location is top tier. You're bound to come here and window shop and walk out with items after talking with staff. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find being off a major road in the city. This could be your one stop shop for sure. Let me know if you had a different experience.
