Dear business owner Heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service from Ali, Dear Manager / Best Buy, I am writing to share the incredible experience I had recently at your on best location, on 12 June 2026 I was fortunate enough to be served by Ali, and his level of service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Ali, greeted me with genuine warmth and a welcoming attitude. What stood out the most was his incredible attention to detail / deep knowledge of the product / patience while answering my questions. His truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. It is rare to encounter someone who serves with such pride, professionalism, and authentic care. Ali, didn't just deliver great customer service; he and his coworker which I didn’t catch his name thank you both you both elevated my entire experience and left a lasting impression. Please pass along my sincere thanks to them. Employees of this caliber are hard to find, and the Best Buy, is incredibly lucky to have them on the front lines. I hadn’t been to this Best Buy location in years, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the entire store remodeled, and everything looks great. We came in to purchase a remote starter and get it installed, and Ben helped us from start to finish. He was patient, helped us place the order, and scheduled our installation appointment at the Best Buy in Eagan. The whole process was smooth, and we left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often, especially now that I know they sell Lego sets too.

Didn’t listen, sold me the wrong part. Sales clerk ignored my Best Buy account which I usually use to help track purchases. Wasn’t rude, just again, not paying attention. Kind of sums up Best Buy in many ways — customer is not the focus or even in focus… so why pay a lot more from a Brick and Mortar? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I know most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I genuinely had one of the best retail experiences of my life. (I also work in retail) I brought my PC in because I couldn’t update it to Windows 11 (turns out I’m not as much of a tech guy as I thought). I was a little hesitant to let someone else work on my computer, but my dad — an ex–Geek Squad tech — assured me this was the place to go. From the moment I walked up to the counter, the service rep was friendly, reassuring, and confident. He told me they’d take care of everything and that I could pick up my PC the next day — totally fair since I came in around 6:30. The level of care and professionalism I experienced is something you don’t see often these days. Thank you, Best Buy, for making my computer troubles disappear.

Some times one Best Buy won’t have something buy you know the Richfield one always have everything my microwave broke well guess where I went right away Best Buy and left with a great open box special plus since I’m a total tech memeber they gave me geek squad extra warranty it’s super good store to be a member of
