I am very pleased with this store. I have a membership and can get a appointment very fast with geek squad if I mess my phone up. Being a senior they are always willing to help me. Pharmacist is so great!! Counter people are great!! Absolutely no complaints.

I am dissatisfied with the performance of the Best Buy technician. I ordered parts to install in my convertible. However, the in-store staff ordered the wrong parts. I had to reorder the correct parts, and when they arrived, I took the vehicle in. The technician made an error, resulting in my air conditioning not functioning. I had to return it for corrections. I did not realize that the technician had installed the backup camera incorrectly. When reversing, the image on the right appeared on the left, and the image on the left appeared on the right. I attempted to leave several messages but never received a callback regarding their mistakes. I finally managed to reach a staff member but got attitude on the phone , and I hope they do not make any more errors. The technicians at this Roseville location are not reliable. Not sure use them in the future. Dr. Peter

Was surprised at how they were very limited in variety for other phone brands accessories, was looking to get myself a Samsung S25+ phone cover lucky what they had in store I liked because I like rugged looking stuff. Sample applies to the laptop section more attention is given to apple products. And when I decided to buy a dashboard magnetic phone holder, the pack lacked the charging cable despite stating otherwise on the box pack. Returned it the next day. Quick & friendly service though i must say plus the parking is huge capacity!

I am beyond upset. I bought an open box TV in “excellent” condition. Best Buy defines excellent condition as “ Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement). Products in Excellent condition can be found in Best Buy stores and online.” So imagine my surprise when there is no TV remote, and they try to charge me over $20 for one. Not okay whatsoever, and they don’t give their managers any real authority to help their customers. So now I’m down a TV because I am not paying for something that’s not what is advertised.

Decent size store. Stand was friendly and helpful. Line went fast. Guy that got my pickup order was very pleasant. Entryway staff was very nice. Lots of parking and easy to access.
