Great service and professional staff that will always go out of their way to help you find the right product for you. Highly recommend Total Rewards program if you buy electronics or ever need support totally worth it, and always there to help with support with products or shopping for something new. Thanks!

The sales people were less than helpful. One guy was ok and tried to help us, but 2 couldn't have cared less that we were there. When we were inquiring about large (98") tvs they couldn't answer the most basic questions and tried to push us towards a TV that wasn't even close to what we wanted. One sales guy was standing right next to us scrollling through his personal social media on his phone ignoring us when we asked questions. They lost a multi-thousand sale because of their lack of desire to simply do their jobs.

I had three installs scheduled for 2/21/26. The TV installers were great. The security camera installers never showed up after waiting for 12 hours. The Starlink installer never called or showed up. These appointments were scheduled out 2 weeks. This service is absolutely deplorable. They pre-charge you and don't show up, meanwhile, I am paying people to be there for them to install. Best Buy Corporate needs to do an immediate audit on the Westfield/Carmel location. I've NEVER had such bad service, zero communication, etc. from any other Best Buy. I'm moving all my business to other companies who have integrity, and actually show up. What is going on here???

Excellent experience every time I come here. The employees are knowledgeable and solve problems fast — issues I spent HOURS on at home (docking glitch, difficulty transferring photos from my iPhone to a Windows laptop) were fixed in MINUTES. I really appreciate having such a helpful business nearby, and the knowledge I’ve gained (that docking issues can be software-related, not just hardware, and that USB-to-Lightning devices exist!).

As of June 13, 2026, the Ai phone system is new and horrible. It could not even identify my response to what are you calling about, "Computer monitor adapters" and send me to someone in the computer department, it wanted me to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to bring in my computer. Horrible experience that should not have even been made life yet to the public but is live.
