My mother and I don't necessarily have similar tastes, especially in electronics, but we both appreciate value, good service and clear, easy to understand explanations. That's what Best Buy provides as its signature service. We really appreciated the low-key sales approach of the staff and the clear, concise guidance of the Geek Squad. My mother was also impressed by the sheer variety of electronic products available. Pro Tip In true "Miracle on 34th Street" style, when I requested something that Best Buy did not carry, the staff member recommended a competitor who did have that item (and even raved about the quality of said competitor). That worked in black and white movies for Macy's Santa Claus and it still works well today.

I came in the store to speak with geek squad people very nice young man. Pretty much told me need new desk top. All good go to department only 1 person working in that area helping another customer. Young lady informed me. No problem, as I was leaving what look to be a manager at the front stated "have a good day" I stated " not happy in the moment " his reply was have a great day and waved his hand up as to say bye. I stated "great customer service " 🙄 he ok good day. Little did he know I was going to ask if anyone else could help me. As well as I was going out the door to grab my phone I left in the car. That is why I shop Castleton or Greenwood Just RUDE people in management. He should learn from real workers.

We ordered online and got curbside pickup. It wasn't 5 minutes after we checked in that they brought the stuff out. Very fast and I didn't have to lift a heavy box.

The store associate that helped me was Yas. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He asked great questions and it made me feel confident that he was not just wanting the sale. I bought the laptop that best suited me because of his probing questions to make sure I was purchasing the right laptop. I came to the store just to see the laptops first hand. Not actually buying. However, Yas made me feel secure about what I needed and went ahead and purchased it today. I did purchased add-ons and I appreciate he didnt push me into buying what I didnt need at this time. I will continue going to that store even though it is out of my way. But Yas is worth it!!

Id like to know why best buy is selling $70 PS4 controllers for over $100? Dont buy anything here, horrible prices and super unhelpful staff
