First, I'm disappointed with having to address my questions to AI. Then I'm on hold waiting , eventually I assisted with a live person. Not trying to take my frustration out on the live agent, they wanted to go thru a several different questions which I provide my full name, then they wanted to verify my phone number and email address. I'm on lunch break and need to speak with someone in the car stereo installation dept about an install. So, i told the live agent nothing has changed with those, please pass me on while I'm on my lunch break.. the agent just had to inform me they were going to as those questions. Rightfully so, to schedule an appointment. My point is, having to answer the same questions several times if not a good use of my time or Best Buy. Stream line the service to what the customer is asking for.. Please Transfer me. Then I get disconnect from the call, really!!!!! I've worked in call centers. Tacky !!!!

Katie T understood the assignment. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH and easy to UNDERSTAND. She explained things without making me feel uncomfortable and left me feeling well informed. She helped my son find a laptop that fit his needs and although this location was over a 40 minute drive and we had two closer locations to us this was WELL worth it. She did a great job representing BEST BUY! Thank you Katie T. 👏🏽💻

I highly recommend that next time you tell a customer two times that the tv wouldn't fit in their car. You actually try or maybe measure before giving up and leaving the customer to put a heavy TV in their car alone. It fit perfectly with room to spare, box and all. Don't say that you cant lay the tv down sideways when you did so right in front of me in another car with a TV.

purchased an open box tv. sales person was personable and polite. spent time with us talking about variations between the different OLED TVs knowing we were looking specifically at an open box item. would recommend. thank you for a great experience. enjoying the Sony Bravia 8.

I ordered the new Samsung galaxy s26 Ultra and was surprised that when I went to pick it up on 3-11 after work only to find out it was given away to someone else. The manager was very helpful in refunding the cost and perplexed that this happened. She give me a $50 in-store gift card for my trouble. The two stars has no reflection on the store itself, its over the fact and the carelessness of not paying attention to detail when security factors are in place to avoid this from happening. I can only think it was a inside job. So be carefull ordering and having to pick up your item at this location.
