I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I purchased a refrigerator and an over-the-range microwave as part of a bundled order. The refrigerator was delivered and installed. The microwave later went out of stock, and I was instructed to visit the store to find a replacement. On my first visit, I was told the manager was unavailable and asked to come back another day. On my second visit, I was told I needed to choose a replacement within a certain price range to keep my bundle discount, so I selected an open-box unit of the same model. The microwave was packed by store employees, and installation was scheduled. However, when the installer arrived at my home, he discovered that the required installation kit was missing, making installation impossible. The appointment had to be canceled, wasting both my time and the installer’s trip. After several calls to customer support and multiple attempts to reach the store directly, I kept getting routed back to online support. Eventually, I had to drive back to the store yet again. An employee finally searched for the missing installation kit and found it in the store. The process took nearly an hour. What is most disappointing is that the store apparently had the installation kit all along, yet nobody contacted me. Instead, I had to spend hours on the phone, make multiple trips to the store, and deal with a failed installation appointment to resolve an issue that could have been prevented with better communication and attention to detail. While I appreciate the employee who ultimately helped locate the missing parts, the overall experience was poorly managed and caused a significant amount of unnecessary inconvenience.

Be careful when you use the reward points. Sales guy told my son he can try a product and bring it back if he does not like it. Yes you can bring it back but you will not get your points back. Just be 100% sure when you use the rewards . Stay away from the electronics and buy something else.

I purchased an LG washing machine from the Carmel West store yesterday. The first time I used it it flooded the laundry room from underneath the unit. Not the hookups, the water is coming from underneath the washing machine. I tried to call the caramel store and you cannot speak to somebody who works in the store. It starts out as an AI and then you finally after 12 minutes of waiting get routed to an online person who is not in the store. She told me in order to speak to somebody in the store I would physically have to return to the store to speak to someone. So now I am going to have to load up this washing machine and physically take it back. The customer service is terrible once you buy something.

Kelsey was very helpful in finding the right TV for me. Best Buy has good prices and knowledgeable people who can assist with answering most questions. They are very courteous and also good at giving you other options that you may not thought of.

Not very helpful. Couldn't fix the phone bc they only work on Apple phones. Couldn't fix computer bc they would need to send it out. Did want us to buy either a warranty or a new computer. Geek Squad, not impressed. Guy we spoke with was nice but just not helpful.
