the culture and customer service here is terrible. Today , I wanted to buy a handheld. not a cheap one either..I looked for someone to help. Had to chase down an employee just walking around singing to herself. Once I got her attention she acted as if she was bothered to check on stock for me. I then went to the counter like I was told to check if the item was in stock and again, I was met with an impatient checker. I am spending 1100 on something to be treated like this for no reason. Sorry your at work and have a job. These people are something else here. I receive way better customer service in Noblesville or Muncie. I will not be back to this location. It has been like this the last few times I've visited this store. You are at work, your job is to represent Best Buy and provide the customer service they provide vs this type of attitude. Just shows you the obvious now days. Micro center will be my store from now on in this area due too their outstanding customer service.

My dryer went out. Went online and found a great deal at Best Buy. Levon was very helpful with our selection. Although our washer is still working, we bought a washer as well because we felt Levon treated us so well. Best part, we went in on Tuesday and are getting it on Thursday. Plus, no delivery charge, setup included and they will take the old one away, no charge. Highly recommend.

Decent store in a convenient area of town. It’s a little hard to get to from the highway but nothing major. Inventory seems to be kinda stuffed in the store and can sometimes be sloppily arranged all over the place. Staff is pretty nice, although it seems like there’s only one actually knowledgeable person during any given shift. The rest have a moderately capable level of knowledge on popular products but need to ask someone or look up nearly any other questions. Best option is to use their app in store.

Everytime I DoorDash here I’m out the store in a jiffy maximum 3 minutes because as soon as I walk in someone asks if I need help and they take me where to find what I’m looking for. Very respectful customers especially the guy with curly hair about 5,7 feet tall

I had a super bad experience at Avon Best Buy trying to resolve a purchase issue, to the point that I left in tears. I had an appt on the north side of town and figured I would stop in Castleton Best Buy while there and try one more time to get a resolution to my problem. When I say night and day difference!!!! I walked in pretty anxious from the last time at the other location but that quickly faded when I started talking to Day. He listened to me about what happened prior and apologized on behalf of the other store, even though it had nothing to do with him or his store. He called his manager Levon to assist as well and they worked together to solve my problem. Both of them were so kind, informative and friendly. I walked in with an attitude of if this time goes bad I will never come back to a Best Buy again. I left with a Best Buy subscription and a new favorite location. I don’t buy a lot of electronics truly but Levon and Day have earned my business and when I do need something, I will go out of my way to go there because of the customer service received today. The store was also clean and well organized which is always appreciated!!
