The manage she is very nasty, she has to be nice with the clients, I am reporting this person she has a tatoo in her left hand, better to Best Buy corporate fired her asap. I bought the item from this location and she has to return it right away, I told her I dont need cash just a gift card to get other items. But she didnt , we have a right to report her. Thank you

It is definitely a scam. They sell you a product, you reach a payment agreement, and then they change it whenever they feel like it. You keep paying and paying, yet the balance only goes up—it never goes down. I definitely do *not* recommend using this store; furthermore, if anything happens to your device, they take no responsibility, and you end up having to pay for all the additional costs yourself.

Amanda B gave my husband and I the best customer service we have received at a big box store in a while. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we left with what I really wanted. I was hesitant on the colors they had in Oura rings but she went above and beyond to make sure a store near here had the one I truly wanted and sent for pick up for me.
