we went to your 8151 Blanding Blvd. Location and they are refusing to help trade in our iPhone 17 Pro, the lady at the counter was rude. even though we went all the way to cricket and unlocked the phone as they requested and came all the way back because we usually have a good experience at best buy. And they are saying even with it unlocked because it's cricket it's not possible because it's not at & t. Wasting our time and ruining our experience.. We will have to figure something else out.. the phone personnel needs more training because your online live chat agent said "Yes, once your iPhone 17 Pro is fully unlocked from Cricket, it can be eligible for trade‑in. The reason the store couldn’t accept it earlier is because locked devices must be released from the carrier before we’re able to process a trade‑in. Now that you’ve unlocked it, you should be able to bring it in for evaluation. The team will verify the unlock status and the device condition, and then they can provide the trade‑in value." Yet we were given ZERO help! Don't go here if you value respect and a business that is all about electronics yet won't put a drop of effort to help you at this location. Other locations have been wonderful, we will go somewhere that listens and genuinely wants to help. We were willing to trade in a phone worth 1100 for a phone not worth even as much and they couldn't help at all...

Went in here to buy a new marker for my remarkable 2. Asked if the marker they had in the case was compatible. The guy check on his phone and computer, then told me yes it was compatible. Brought it home and it was definitely not compatible. Had to take it back the next day and order the correct one from Amazon.

The store looks like a dump. Yes, it's been a while since I've been in a Best Buy, but uh, this looks like KMart just days before the lights went off. There are 8 or so cash registers at front. I stand there waiting for a cashier. There are no cashiers. The BB employee at the entrance is busy gabbing it up with someone and never bothers to say a word to me as I wait at the cashier desk to buy the thing I want. After several minutes, a CUSTOMER exiting the store told me they don't do cashiers any more and I have to go "over there" as he vaguely waves another direction. Literally no signage, no employee to tell you, just some random guy waiving his hand. So I went to customer service and waited behind those returning items just to make a purchase. "Oh, these don't work for you? Let's check that out and see......" Yes, this is EXACTLY the conversation I want to listen to while awaiting my turn to purchase a single item. What a hassle. What a stupid way to do things. Put up some signs. Tell dude to stop gabbing. He was still gabbing with the same dude when I left and didn't even bother to stop me or say a word as I passed. Twilight Zone.

Had a bit of a hiccup with an order, but the manager Matt got in touch with us immediately and worked very hard to rectify the situation. He made phone calls and said he would stay at work until it was fixed. He indeed was able to help us and get us what we needed. Professionalism and customer care exceeded. Thank you sir!
