Once again I found myself at Best Buy near the Avenues Mall 9390 Southside Blvd Jacksonville. My second appliance purchase. This fo around an Insignia clothes washer. In today's times $499.00 was a good price Very simple process Keara Ricks and Stan Johnson took great care of me. I knew what I wanted, they prepared everything. A Monday delivery and good to go. Grateful for the exceptional customer service. Without a washer for three days is long enough. They made sure I received a Monday delivery. I'm hopeful this will be the last appliance purchase in this old guys life but nevertheless if I need to purchase a stove I'll be going where you should be going Best Buy

While they did have a huge selection of all the best electronics, from cell phones to appliances, TVs and computers, this location could use some work on personnel management. They had one person working both the pickup desk and the checkout counter. It took me saying something as the line started getting ridiculously long before they sent someone to help. Additionally, while they did have a huge selection, a lot of spots whete products should have been were empty making it difficult to find what you were looking for. Overall, this location has some work to do to improve.

Bought Samsung tv and speakers $8300 April 2025 with new Best Buy credit card from “4906 Town Center Pkwy Ste 200, Jacksonville, FL 32246”. The Best Buy sells person told me that I will get rewards 15% if I paid this whole amount first time and I can use this reward any time. I paid that whole amount first month after I bought. This April 2026 I go best buy to buy laptop for my daughter then they say my reward is expired. Call Best Buy customer service and they answer they can’t help me. Scam Best Buy. They cheat with customer.

Went to this store to find a perfect Christmas gift for my husband, who loves to play games on his computer but I don't know what to choose since I'm not that of a gamer. A sales associate named Taylor patiently helped me choose which one would be a great fit. He gave suggestions cause he also play computer games himself. I ended up buying the one he strongly suggested. My husband absolutely loved it. He said he was looking to buy this keyboard. Thank you again Taylor!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted. He asked what we needed and we were looking for a specific game and a gaming headset. He directed us where to go, then another associate not even 10 seconds later greeted us and walked with us to where the games were. He was so nice and polite and seemed eager to help. After finding the game, we went to the head set aisle and another associate who was a beautiful black female helped us as well. She walked us to the front and we chatted a bit. Her aura/vibe was so sweet and loving. This is by far the best customer service I've had anywhere. Whoever the manager is, you have trained your staff to work in excellence. When the staff is genuine and and friendly, it reflects the leadership. I'd travel over just to shop here to have a great experience every time I need any electronics. Thank you all, my daughter and I were enjoying our day together and you all went above and beyond in making it even better.
