I've owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and whenever I've needed car audio work done, I've always trusted the installation team at Best Buy on Southside Blvd. They've installed radios and audio equipment in several of my vehicles most recently my 2020 Ford Transit and 2015 Honda Accord. The last two vehicles presented some significant installation challenges, but the team handled them exceptionally well. Anyone familiar with aftermarket audio knows that the 2015 Honda Accord is one of the more difficult vehicles to work on if you want to retain factory features like steering wheel controls, the backup camera, and other OEM functionality. My car was no exception, but Marissa worked tirelessly to get everything installed and functioning properly. The very next day I brought in my 2020 Ford Transit, which wasn't even listed as compatible in their system. Rather than turning me away, Marissa, Randy, and their manager Lyssa took the time to research options and figure out a solution. They successfully installed a large touchscreen radio that completely transformed the van. What impressed me most wasn't just the installation work—it was the customer service afterward. When some of the equipment experienced premature failure, the team continued to help me through the process and stood behind their work. It's rare these days to find a group of people who are both highly knowledgeable and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. Marissa, Randy, and Lyssa went above and beyond, and they've earned my business for years to come. I had an amazing experience buying a gaming laptop today at this location. First of all, the price was so low & I ended up saving a ton of $ which is always good. And the employees were extremely friendly and kind/helpful. Especially the employee "Key", that man was hilarious but very informative and knows his stuff. All in all, I had a great experience here today buying a new pc, and couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I saw a network adapter for sale. The price had been marked way down to $40. I decide to give it a try. It gave me issues. The adapters speed gave me 1/4 of my old adapters speed. But my network was giving me issues, so I wasn't sure if it was my adapter or not. I did a speed test on the new and old adapter. The new adapter turned out to be more problematic than my old one. Turns out I was outside of the 14 day policy. Don't ever buy something on sale at Bestbuy. They do that because they know it's a defective POS and they know there is a good chance you won't come back to return it in time. Some pretty shady business practices. When grocery stores get a notice about contaminated food, they literally throw it in the garbage. I guess when a tech store realizes they have defective products, they just put it on sale so suckers will buy it and not return it in time.

My son and I visited Best Buy to see the Geek Squad for help with my son’s Microsoft Surface Pro, which was no longer charging the stylus. The gentleman who assisted us was absolutely amazing—very experienced, polite, and thorough in explaining all our options. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer care and attention we received, and he answered all of our questions clearly. Special recognition goes to CJ Rosario, the Geek Squad consultant who assisted us. He went above and beyond—helpful, polite, and welcoming. CJ truly knows how to make customers feel valued. I will definitely be returning to this location, and CJ’s outstanding service should be recognized—he’s at the top of the list for exceptional customer service. Great job!

Had a pleasant experience. Employees very helpful. Had a online order pick up. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a wonderful person, very kind. Then your 2 customer service reps at checkout were so sweet and helpful!!! Ty so much for your kind words and compliments!! Ill definitely be back.
