We went in for a Chromecast for him, but was expertly diverted to the Google Streaming Device by Ari who had all of the knowledge of pros and cons for every streaming device. Extremely helpful. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure. We walked the entire store, browsing the phenomenal computers 🖥 and appliances. I wanted that Cream colored Samsung Kitchen Appliances package. Store was clean, organized and the atmosphere was pleasant! Highly, Highly recommend 👌🏽
Dariel Lopez a month agoRating reflects the in-store team, not Best Buy’s delivery system. I had a very frustrating experience with my appliance order, but I want to be very clear about where the issue actually was. The in-store team at the City Station Best Buy—Jonathan, Ande, Ari, and Christian—were absolutely outstanding. Truly top-tier customer service. Despite having very limited merchandise available, they stepped in and solved the problem that the delivery system created. They took a frustrating situation that dragged on for weeks and turned it into a solution. Their professionalism, patience, and ability to make things happen with what they had is exactly what great customer service looks like. The problem is with Best Buy’s delivery and logistics system. After placing a delivery and installation request for kitchen appliances, I was repeatedly told delivery would be pushed to “the following week.” This happened for three consecutive weeks with no proactive communication, no clear answers, and no accountability. My case ID was 374073293. This was especially frustrating because everything had already been scheduled two weeks in advance, yet there was still no follow-through—and no compensation offered for the repeated delays and inconvenience. The only compensation was 10- 15% upon delivery which never happened. After weeks of uncertainty, I ultimately had to cancel the order. Best Buy needs to seriously reevaluate how appliance delivery is handled. The store team is doing everything right, but they are being let down by a broken system behind the scenes. Bringing more inventory back in-store and fixing delivery coordination would make a huge difference. If you’re ordering appliances with delivery and installation, proceed with caution—but if you visit this location, you’ll be in great hands with the staff.
Laine Taylor-Dunham 7 months agoThe assistant manager, Kevin, was awesome with helping us out after Ande took very good care of us. We bought a 75" TV, haven't opened it yet but we definitely had the best service! Highly recommend.
Deborah Landon 6 months agoI bought a flash drive and I couldn't figure out how to get my pictures on it. So, I went back and they told me to have a seat somebody would be right with me. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes, which I didn't mind. I didn't make an appointment and he was helping someone else. When it was my turn, I told Nicolas what my problem was. He looked it over and realized for me, Google stuck my pictures in a cloud. I didn't know I had a cloud. He was able to figure out how to get my pictures on the flash drive and told me to bring my lap top up there and he would help me to put them on it. He was very friendly and professional. I hope he remembers this old lady when I take my lap top up there. We bought our phones from them about a month before that, And about a week after that I cracked my screen protector and they replaced it for free. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The Service Counter staff excellent and i rec'd superior customer service from Jesus and Kevin. Jeus professional, kind, courtous, excellent communication skills. Highly recommend this BestBuy, plus, Geek Squad superior!
