I love having a brick and mortar electronics store around. We've seen too many close down. It's convenient when you need something today or when you want to see the product before buying. This location has sufficient inventory and the outside lockers for online order pick up are very convenient.

I recently visited the Best Buy in Yorba Linda, and I had an exceptional experience with a sales associate named Matt. As soon as I walked in, Matt approached me and asked if I needed any help. He was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward, making it easy for me to find what I was looking for. I was in Best buy for a new laptop, and Matt answered all my questions with clarity and patience. His product knowledge was impressive, and he didn't hesitate to explain the features and benefits of each option. I ended up purchasing a new phone as well, and Matt went above and beyond to help me set it up. He took the time to explain each and every function in detail, ensuring that I was comfortable and confident with my new device. Matt's customer service was outstanding, and he truly made my experience at Best Buy memorable. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about ensuring I found what I needed. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who visits the Best Buy in Yorba Linda. He's a true asset to the team, and I wish there were more customer representatives like him. We order a online two items for one hour pickup. Adam at customer service was friendly and courteous. Best Buy online ordering is very easy and efficient. Store inventory online is real time. We pick up the last phone in stock. Store is very clean and well organize. Large clean safe parking lot. Located in Savi Ranch shopping center. off the 91 freeway Yorba Linda Blvd.

5 stars to Andy and the geek squad. Took the time to successfully evaluate and solve a combination computer and software problem involving 2 computers. I was involved in the whole process of evaluating the situation and determining a solution which took time, patience and a commitment to success which he demonstrated.

Service was terrible. I walked in on a Tuesday 4pm when no was there with my laptop looking for a case today. Walked straight up to the workers and told them, “Hey, I’m looking for a cover or a case for my laptop” and proceeded to hold up my laptop to them. Not one employee reached out to even look, but told me to get a 14 inch cover, and didn’t even help me look. I then proceeded to check out the PC parts, and again I received no help when attempting to buy a new GPU. Best Buy, please get your act together as me and my family will never be shopping here again at this location. Please don’t waste peoples time, and please train your employees better!
