I came to this bestBuy to have geek squad installed this brand new car stereo. It definitely makes the car feel a lot more modern and better looking on the inside. They did terrific work, and I would definitely come back again for any other things. Probably a backup camera

Was looking for a very specific cable and couldn’t seem to find it. A gentleman named Richard personally helped me walking around the store looking for where it could be with no luck. After failed attempts it seemed like the whole store made it the mission to help me find this cable which In the end we did. Richard then personally walked me to the register and even offered to ring me out. Best customer service I’ve experienced at any Best Buy. You need something done or found Richard is your guy.

I ordered a car stereo online for pick up and install at this location. The service employee was friendly , helpful and super knowledgeable. The stereo was installed in just under 40 minutes. They offered to go over the stereo with me. The store is in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking and the install area is clearly marked.

If yoir not getting your electronics from Best Buy, what are you doing? This is the only place I know that will price match you, so no matter what you're looking for. This place is the one to go to. I mean any Best Buy, not this one in particular. I always get something for black Friday. This year I got a 32 inch smart insignia t.v. for $80 and a the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 for over 100 off. Can't get any better than that.

Waited at geek squad roughly 10-15 watching best buy employees giggle about Pokémon - Idk if it’s a store policy to ignore its customers but I might consider ending my membership - what I find even more funny is they said they came into work hung over smh
