This is the Best Buy I go to now that the Tustin Ave Best Buy closed. I've been to this location many times, primarily after I place an online order for pickup since it's still a convenient location for me. The pickup area is efficient and helpful. Everyone I've dealt with has been great and friendly. The store itself is very clean and well stocked. Their is tons of parking and the lines move quickly. Overall a great store with very helpful employees that aren't pushy.

I stopped in for a gift card. Was in a hurry. They couldn't lead me to what I wanted. Found it on my own. Big store, it happens. Get to the checkout. 1 person helping. Transaction going slow - it happens. 2nd person comes to help. Finishes transaction. Leaves. First transaction finally over. Nice family let's me go ahead of them cuz they know I'm in a hurry. So on the way out I stop at the security to just let em know. You know to maybe help the next people that have to endure a slow line for no reason when theirs dozens of employees standing around. Before I could finish my sentence "we're all helping customers" with the most attitude I've heard in a while. Clearly they've gotten complaints before and don't care. All you have to say is, "I'm sorry, I'll let my manager know." They probably know their manager doesn't care. If I had a choice, I would not go back. And they wonder why retail is dying...

I went into this Best Buy this week after struggling to get another location to help with options to solve a problem that I was having with a phone exchange. Diego was really helpful with hearing what the situation was. This time, when I asked what the options were, he thought about all the ways we could get the exchange to happen, which I appreciated a lot. I went back in the next day when Diego and Steve tried to set up my new phone. We ran into another issue (unrelated to the initial problem) that caused the exchange not to happen, but I am thankful for them even trying to help and not writing of the situation right away. They never made me feel like a problem, but thought about all the ways they could help.This is for sure my new "home store" when it comes to all my electronics.

This review is for one of the managers, Yesenia who helped me out last week and I was blown away by the level of care. Yesenia listened to what I needed and found a solution, I was shocked as you rarely see this kind of service from a big box store. Great job Yesenia!

Just want to give a shout out to Bruno! He was so helpful, patient and professional. My husband and I had gone to another Best Buy previously with a complete different vibe. Everyone was super nice at this location; makes a difference. Thanks Bruno!
